The best Chinese restaurant in the county! Why? Because they dare to be DIFFERENT. Everything you think you know about Chinese food is wrong here. They twist up all your favorite dishes in deliciously tasty new directions. It might be a few vegetables you usually dont see with a dish, or it might be a slightly different preparation, or even a totally different sauce. The thing is, their success rate is phenomenal. All the changes they make are without fail for the better. My favorites? The sizzling rice soup, the Szechuan chicken, and the fried rice(all the variations). Eat here, youll be happy. They expose other Chinese restaurants for the uninspired, boring places that they are.

The favorite for the wife and I for a mellow and relaxed sit-down Chinese dining. The "hidden" nature of the location ensures a very quiet dining experience. The uniquely-tasty hot and sour soup is the best in town. All the food is made with obvious care and quality ingredients. Living literally right down the street, we feel spoiled having "our" neighborhood restaurant so close by. Excellent for dating and for established couples. The price:quality ratio is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Amazing food. Some of the best orange chicken Ive ever had. Great pork fried rice. They truly care that ur foods as good as it can be. They keep the orange sauce separate so ur chicken doesnt get soggy and the chicken is fried to PERFECTION!!! Seriously its fried to perfection. If ur foods to-go they open two of the flaps so that ur food doesnt steam itself to death inside the to-go containers. Love this place.

My wife was gluten free when we went here on vacation. Theres no quality GF food places in Springfield, MO, so we were naturally wary of the quality of GF. This place, you cant tell the difference between regular and GF. Weve since given up GF, but still miss this food.

We had a highway design project near Aptos, and everytime we went for field review, we had lunch at this place. Ginger chicken is my favourite, its not on the menu, but they will make it for you. Excellent..! I wouldnt miss this for anything.

With the demise of King Schwan, and Golden Buddha, the Panda Inn is one of the few remaining Chinese restaurants with what seems to me to be authentic cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients, rather than canned/frozen vegetables.

Very respectable Chinese food in Aptos -- I love the atmosphere in this place -- very unexpected and its a hidden gem in many ways. While its by far not the best Ive had, for the area, its very good.

The dishes they prepare are superb. The vegetable are fresh and cooked al dente on the Hunan beef. The other dish that my wife and I tried is the kung Pau chicken, which was delicious!
