customer service is terrible, foods okay for a tourist place. I called at 9:15 to a greeting of "hello." After i asked if I called the right place i tried to place a delivery order, but was told they only do carry out after 9 for the last hour there open. He said "would you like to get a carry out order or are you good?" i said Id call back later. he said "Perfect.: I called back less than ten mins later and he said they stopped taking orders at 9:30, while it was 9:20. At this point I asked to speak to a manager. He reluctantly put someone else on the phone. He was also very rude, so I asked his name. He sounded very nervous and even though not sounding of spanish decent. I asked his position at village host, and he said he dosent have a position at round table. I asked how that made any sense, and he hung up on me. Guess thats some disgruntled workers for you.

Great Pizza although the restaurant and bathrooms were very dirty. Self serve restaurant so the tables and floors were filthy. Picked up my pizza at the counter, forgot our appetizer. Stated theyd take care of it and forgot about it again. Awesome considering you pay and tip first.. Id recommend take out if youre considering this as a possibility

The pizza here is fantastic, our favorite. The delivery service is good and the drivers always friendly. If you eat at the restaurant, theres a small arcade area for the kids and a couple large screen tvs playing sports usually. Great food, casual atmosphere.

Ive been going to Village Host for about 5 years now, and Ive never had a bad meal. The food is always delicious and the service is great. In my humble opinion, the best pizza/burgers in Santa Cruz county.

Small chain (5) goodness... Crispy crust and delicious, as usual. Housed the National Little League cup for a year in 2002.
