If you’d had a less than awesome experience here before... say around ~ mid 2016; this place is totally deserving of a second look now that the lounge has changed location and is under new ownership. The gentleman who runs the place now is about as easy going as they come, and seems to generally appreciate good company, so he tries to accommodate everyone. This speaks worlds to would be patrons who are looking for a relaxed place to feel out a new experience, so I tend to bring new friends with me each time I pay them a visit. They’ve also since hired a new manager by the name of Makki? (Sorry if I botched it dude), and he seems to be right at home with making this place run smoothly. Other things to note since the establishments transition are a number of additional displays that have been set up for us to enjoy, and what I would call a fairly vast selection of liquors. Everything from harder to find scotches, to your more widely available go-to whiskeys and bourbons. They’ve also built some pretty rad little private lockers that back up to the humidor where you can stash your own goods (for a small monthly fee), and they’ll even throw a custom engraved plaque on your locker for you which adds a nice element of personalization. As a somewhat interesting man may or may not have once said, "I dont always kick back with the intent of having a cigar, but when I do, I hit up Cigar and Spirits!". Thanks for making this place feel cozy!

We heard of this place, so we came to buy a cigar on a Saturday evening, just to check out this store. We are regulars at several other lounges in central OC, and we know many people in the business. There were only two people there, a very unenthusiastic clerk and an uninterested owner. The owner never even looked up to greet us. The clerk escorted us into the humidor and stood over us, which I find very insulting. Although the Humidor was a fair size and well built, it was poorly stocked and felt a bit dry. The boxes had obviously been spread out with duplicates in a vain attempt to make it look more abundant. But, the lack of mainstream selection speaks for itself: POORLY stocked. The prices were ridiculous, even more expensive that the beach area lounges. The shops construction looked like the place was just getting started. There was little decor, no feeling of warmth or hospitality. The seating felt sparse for so large of a room, but was certainly adequate. They have invested in a ventilation system, and a walk-in humidor. There was a full bar in back, however we did not partake. Cleanliness was above average. We felt so unwelcomed, that we did not stay to smoke. I will not return. Pros: Busy urban location Well Ventilated Bar inside Cons: Unfriendly, VERY unwelcoming POOR cigar Selection VERY high prices

I just got into town 2 weeks ago and came here for a cigar. Cigar was dried out and peeling. Also I came back another time since I was over that way and the place looked open and the lights and cash register was on, but the door was locked. I looked for the times to see if they were closed at 1 pm but did not see anything. I knocked a couple of times but no answer. Now I go to OC Cigars 27311 La Paz Road, Laguna Niguel, CA just a couple of blocks away. The women that works there is so nice opens at 11am and closed on Sundays,,,,,,,,,,,,Also prices are better

The rebirth of a cigar lounge along with the addition of fine liquor, beer and spirits is now the experience that you have been waiting for at Cigar and Spirits Lounge. An expansion of Cigars has been added to the humidor, along with great prices, for all to enjoy. A much needed improvement. Finally, a great selection of liquors, beers and spirits now make for an exceptional evening out. Great bartenders, cigars and spirits make it an enjoyment for all the connoisseurs, and not so experienced cigar smokers in South Orange County.

I just visited this very dark cigar lounge. The help was just that, help, not the owner just an employee working on his laptop. The humidor was a little dry and so were the cigars. But the prices.... OVERPRICED!!!! Its Aliso Viejo not the beach or a wood paneled lounge with a bar... none of that here. I will go to the tobacco barn in Lake Forest and save about 25%. Location rating: 3 of 5 Lounge rating: 3 of 5 Price rating: 2 of 5 Overall I have to say, stay away.

Perfect location in Aliso Viejo. Great selection of cigars at average prices and many of the best cigars on the planet in a well stocked/well maintained humidor. No recent price increase here either after the tax hike. Front and back lounges, leather chairs, big screen TV with satellite service. Great eye candy in front and a good bunch of regular customers of all sorts. A great place to hang or talk business or just for pleasure.

This place is the worst run cigar bar in Ca. No good Cigars at all. Its like there going out of bizz Soon. The location is really bad and hard to find & small for even thinking of having a bar- lounge. A half empty humador is not a good sign. Only saw 1 person in there :( Ill not ever going back. Maybe someone will buy it and move it to a bigger and better location cause the only value is the liquor license.

I came in to look for a job. Perverts hang out here. A rude customer tried to intimidate me by showing me around and the ignorant cashier who was nothing but a cashier was no help. All he did was stare at me. Over priced cigar consumed by rude customers and local. The employee was nothing to look at but a flirt. I felt uncomfortable and left. Thanks for the experience.

PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Owner is a thief and cheater! You cant use his pictures without his permission but he will use yours without your permission. Disrespecting, lying, stealing other peoples picture to promote his lounge. Fairplay or go out of business!

Its great to fund a cigar lounge that heads an full bar. The cigar selection is adequate, but not amazing. They carry Padrons, so all is good! They have two TVs, which is a plus, and alot of places to grab food within walking distance.

Clutch find. Great cigar bar, but the the beer, wine & liquor prices are unbeatable. Great upstairs location, & often has live music. Must go place if youre looking for a good time.

I found this place while working in the area. The people inside were very friendly and helpful with my selection and the cigars were great, especially the Table 37 ones.
