Where to begin.. My buddy and i came into Buffalo Wild Wings because we wanted to watch the Ducks game. we sat at the bar and ordered some drinks and some food (closing our tab out and tipping each time). had a great night..ducks won, met some girls and we went home happy. we went in the very next day to watch the ducks again. things were going great. my buddy and i go outside for him to smoke a cigarette during the first intermission. we see our bartender hanging out outside and she was being really short with us. i was under the impression that she might have had a rough day, so i start walking away. as im walking away she stops me and asks if we could have a "private" conversation. she proceeded to ask me about my experience at BBW yesterday. i said it was fun (which is why we came back) . Then she asked why we were tipping her so low.... WHAT?! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! then she started ranting about how she needs money for school and how she just put a bunch of money into her books. she said we offended her with tips. ummm, im sorry, if you are unsatisfied with your compensation, maybe you should find a second job or perhaps a find a bar in an area that you will tip higher. (i forgot that 15 percent was too low) fter ranting an explaining that she called her boyfriend after work in tears. she said to us "if you guys cant afford to tip well, then you shouldnt be coming in to a bar" --coming from a girl who has clearly had too much to drink and is ranting about how she doesnt have enough money, but CLEARLY has enough money to go to her work on her day off to pay for drinks and confront customers. after this distasteful rant about our low tips, she made us promise we would tip her 20 percent or else she would not serve us anymore. she then bought us a shot of whiskey... which was nice... but she claims to be strapped for cash. she should have just saved it. im not saying to not go in---the food is good and the beer is great! just remember to tip well...or you will get an extremely awkward confrontation from the bartenders.

I met a friend for lunch here today, mostly for convenience since it is located in the middle between where we work. When we arrived we were seated right away, the place was pretty empty, about 15 people other than my friend and I and this location is pretty good size. Someone, who announced they were in training, came up and took our drink orders and our drinks showed up pretty fast. Heres where everything goes sideways. About 20 minutes later we still had not been approached by a waiter or waitress to take our order. I tried to flag someone down a couple of times and said "Excuse me..." trying to get their attention but no one even looked. I was about ready to leave when finally a waiter came to take our order. He didnt say anything about the wait I guess hoping we hadnt noticed how long it had been. The food took a long time as well. So long my friend had to take it to go because lunch was over and he needed to get back to work. I had ordered a cheeseburger, big mistake. I should have taken a photo of this sad pathetic looking thing but by this time I was starving an needing to get back to work myself. Fries were ok but nothing special. The waiter and waitress started making a effort to come around more now that some of the other parties had gone. Sorry, too little too late. I didnt even get a napkin and silverware! Poor service, mediocre food. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Owner, take note and read all of the other reviews. This place needs help and Im not writing this to get free food. You couldnt pay me to go back to this place.

We were nearby for one of my kids soccer game and decided wed stop by here and pick up some wings to go. We get there and there was no one working up front. One guy who worked there did walk by and said hi to us saying he will get someone to help us. However, he never came back and 10 minutes later, we were still waiting to be helped. My wife peeked inside and saw that it wasnt crowded and that the servers were somewhere in the back dancing. That was enough for us...we left. This place is seriously a good candidate for the Restaurant Impossible show. The sad thing was this was our first visit to this chain, which will probably affect us from visiting others based on the bad taste it left in our mouth. I guess well never know how the garlic wings, Asian Zing, and other wings here will ever taste like.

Sooooooo slow. Went at about 8:30pm on a Tuesday to avoid the busy time. Sat ourselves near bar (table was not cleaned nor did anyone offer once we were there) - took 5 minutes for anyone to ask if we had been helped - took water order - never returned. 2nd person came and took water and food order - he never returned. Thurd guy came out 25 minutes later after we had to ask the bartender where our food was and she had to walk to the back to find out. Heard from the next table that they had gotten their order wrong. Brought out food and the veggie boat had 3-4 carrots and 2 pieces of celery - all of which tasted like they had been soaked in some kind of chemical solution to keep them fresh looking. Spoke with manager who gace us 5$ off our meal. Just no desire to go here again.

We have been to this location 3 times and unfortunately their service has been sub-par. On our first visit they gave us half the order and almost 20 min later finally brought out our cold other half. Management comped the meal. Second visit there was a scheduling mishap and our entire section didnt have a waiter. All 5 families in that section was given a $40 credit on our bill. Lastly our third visit, because well I do love BWWs food. Simple order of 12 traditional wings (meaning bone in) I received boneless and the incorrect sauce. More than likely another persons order. Also their A/C was broken on this occasion so it was well about 80 degrees. Save the time and drive to the location at the 5 and Crown Valley.

Terribly slow service even though there arent many people there. Water and drink refills were non existent. Food took over 30 minutes. When the food did arrive, the server asked if there was anything else she could get us. we said we didnt have any forks or napkins, wanted refills on the drinks, and a couple sides of ranch... After sitting another 5 minutes, we found the manager. He couldnt have cared less, he seemed annoyed that we were even bringing this to his attention. We had to ask the hostess to get us what we had asked for. It seems to me that the ownership wants this place to tank, hopefully it does soon and we can get a nicer establishment to fill this great location.

TERRIBLE!!! Paid over 28.00 dollars for an order that cost 14.00 online. We added (2) 20 oz drinks and were told that they cost 6.58. We ordered the snack size that comes with fries online. A whole list of different sides are offered. If you choose anything but the french fries you are charged 2.25 each as an up-charge. This place is a complete rip off and they make no effort to get your order ready at the promised time. We were told what time it would be ready and we had to wait for 10 minutes once arriving there. The place was empty. Dont bother making specific requests because although they give you the room to do so they dont follow the instructions.
