My husband and I decided to give Grazies a try since we recently purchased a home in North Upland , the restaurant is right down the street from us . It was a Saturday evening , May 14th , we dine early so I believe it was around 520pm . We stepped in , seated promptly , and greeted in a friendly manner . We did mentioned we were first time diners . We were given the choice of the Early Bird specials , because of the time frame , but we opted to try a few other choices since it was our first time there . Our server Diane was very friendly, courteous and very attentive . We started with the stuffed mushrooms , the arrived in a timely manner , very tasty , we enjoyed them . My husband ordered the Lasagna and I ordered the baked ziti . They came out piping hot and very tasty , I forgot to mention we were also given the option of the salad bar , which we both enjoyed a salad before our dinner was served . Salad bars are not usually our thing , they usually are a mess , and that assembly line thing is not for us , however there was no line and we were quite impressed with the selections on the salad bar and how it was maintained , all fresh ingredients , well done on the salad bar . We also ordered a bottle of our favorite wine Nickel Nickel is one of our favorite wines , so we were happy to see it on the wine list , happens to be the owners favorite as well , Diane mentioned that . So all in all we were pretty impressed with everything , and will be back I am sure of it , and bring friends . I guess if we were going to offer a bit of constructive criticism is the cheap paper napkins . I mean we enjoyed everything , including the 160.00 bottle of wine , but it just seemed like they should have at least a basic linen napkin . I know it is a small thing , but since we relocated from San Diego and love local dining , we do miss these type of details when we are dining out at a restaurant . All in all we enjoyed our dinner out , we showed our appreciation to our server on our way out and will be back again . Keep up the great work , next visit we hope we have a opportunity to meet at least one of the owners , since that is something that we usually love to do as well .

Grazies is where I go to raise the keen eye of a faithful, most inviting, bartender; one who says; "dont ask if you dont want an honest Answer." Or my favorite, long black hair and half moon smile, who turns to the side when squeeking clean a glass, and her, full of life son, with parted, on the side hair, or that band, with a David Lee Roth rype front man, or the Latino local legend, who solos like Jerry Garcia. And I can bet a beer that, "young guy" will be at the bar, with his pressed look, and slick salt and pepper doo, or the old man, who lost his only love, and speaks of her as if she was alive...and she is alive in his heart... I like Grazies, because of the people it attracts, and the food, well...for me, its the Grazies Special Pizza

They charge almost four dollars for soda at this place. So if you have a family of four, you will pay fifteen dollars. For soda. Yes, fifteen dollars for soda for your family. The owner of the joint claims its because "minimum wage went up to $10 an hour", which strikes me as bull, since no other local restaurant charges nearly as much. Even the big chain places charge much less. The price of soda may seem like a strange thing to harp on, but its pretty bad when your soda and your pizza cost about the same amount. Place has gone downhill in general. They used to bring you bread, while you waited for your food. Now you get nothing. Im sure the owner blames the rising minimum wage once again.

This is the best Italian food I have in many years. I swear they have some little Italian grandma in the kitchen making the lasagna and the garlic bread have them add the cheese on top and you wont leave until its gone. I travel monthly, over the past six months in LA, Dallas, Chicago, St. Louis and NY and I havent had better Italian food in any of those places. I eat Italian often and honestly Grazies Is tops... Services was excellent, I recommend Diane as your server - excellent server.....

I love to cook, I love homemade Italian food, and when you want a night out this the place to get it. Wonderful food, authentic taste, good ingredients. It has a great atmosphere full of friendly people. Grazies has become a family favorite for weekly visits...a place we introduce people to without hesitation who are looking for a great local place to eat. Everyone we have ever brought has become a regular customer and has nothing but positive things to say. See you there for Dinner!

Shame on the owner for raising prices (2 sodas cost nearly $7.50, more than the cost of two salad bars!) and blaming the minimum wage increase. My family has frequented this restaurant for decades because we strongly believe in supporting our local economy, and we have been impressed with many of the changes made to both the restaurant and bar since the new ownership. But this unfortunate choice is enough reason for me to dine elsewhere, and encourage others to do the same.

This used to be a good place to eat. They had many choices and the prices were reasonable. Not anymore. They changed the menu, removed the items that we liked and jacked up the prices big time. I was really upset when I told the waiter that we didnt like the new menu and we were going somewhere else they still charged us for the tea and the coke that they had brought. Hois that for very poor customer service and PR never coming back. I do not recommend this place at all.

They charge almost four dollars for soda. Lol. So ridiculous! Stick with water; adding the soup, pasta, and salad bar to your entree costs the same as getting a Coke. When I asked the waitress why soda costs so much, she said the owner jacked up all the prices when minimum wage was raised. Guess Grazzies must have a special minimum wage law, because none of the other local places did the same. Used to be a great place to eat, but now days, there are better options.

Changed the menue to mostly bar food and raised the prices. No more two for tuesday pizzas. No more whiskey Wed. Changed the happy hours. All because they have a rookie running the place now. The old manager had it rocking. That was last year!! Please go in and see for yourself!! You will understand what im saying!! As you can see its a packed house.. no waiting!! Now I see why 75% of restraunts fail. Just sayin!!

Great food, drinks and music. We were especially happy with our server Kelsey who served us all evening. She was friendly, helpful and always had a smile. I would have given Grazies a 5 star rating but Jenn the bartender was terrible. Unfriendly and rude she needs some serious training in customer service skills. Except for Jenn this place offers great food and a very friendly atmosphere. Well be back!
