I really enjoy Chipotle, but its pretty hit or miss at this location. Sometimes the employees listen, sometimes they dont. The other odd thing is that the busier it is, the more likely youll get better service. Maybe the staff members simply work better under pressure, but every time I have gone into this location to eat and there hasnt been a line, they mess up my order in some way. Now, its pretty difficult to mess up an order when youre dictating to them exactly what you want, but the staff here always manages to accomplish it when there isnt a line out the door behind me. Granted, times like this are few and far between, as this location is often busy, but still. Its almost as if they dont know how to pace themselves if theyre not contending with a 12-person line waiting to be served. In my personal experience, theyve rushed me along the assembly line faster than they should have, and always mess up on something as a result. Im giving them 3 stars overall (4 stars for the food, 2 stars for the service), and hope to one day be able to edit my review to show a higher rating. If I can get awesome service more than two visits in a row, I will gladly update my rating to reflect this. Until then, its just an average location overall.

I used to go here all the time but their management is terrible. They will have one person serving a line of people and my food usually gets cold while it sits on the counter for five minutes as I wait. Sometimes they will be out of several different types of meat and theyll tell me to wait longer. They are cheap with meat, and I always have to ask for more. They will try to charge you for double meat even though they dont tell you and it isnt marked on their menu. The final straw with me was seeing a permanent marker in their lettuce, which of course I passed on. They hire minimum wage high school dropouts and that is the level of cleanliness and hygiene standards youll find at this Chipotle. They are disgusting. No wonder Chipotle is suspected of serving E Coli tainted food.

Quality wise the food is exactly what you expect, chipotle brand good Mexican-American style made to order line burritos and tacos. My only issue with this location is that they seem somewhat stingy with the portions, so its not uncommon to be in line and hear customers asking "could I have just a little more" beans, or rice, or lettuce and such.

One of my favorite places to eat especially since I spend lots of time working on selling real estate in the area. Excellent healthy food at a reasonable price. Most everything has a little spice in it including the beans so kids often dont appreciate it. If you dont like spicy the Carnitas is probably your best bet. They allow you to sample

This chipotle needs to teach new employees to wrap good. A new girl wrapped the burrito and while doing this, she ripped the tortilla, she ended up trying to wrap it again and dropped everything. Another thing is some of them dont hear right. If you are in a hurry and want chipotle and this is the closest one, dont go to this one.

Heat wave on Friday on July 22nd sent me to a chipotle after shopping at Target on Main Street. Ordering is easy with with choice of steak, barbacoa, sofritas tofu, carnitas in a bowl or burrito and options for toppings such as sweet corn salsa brown or white rice lettuce onion sour cream or cheese. Guacamole is extra. Vegan ok.

Worst experience ever! The staff is so unfriendly and needs to adjust their attitude. If you cant treat customers with a little more respect, you need to get out of the customer service industry. The food is great like any Chipotle but the service really made me dislike its food too.

Always order on the app or online. When you order prior to your arrival, you can walk up to the register, pay, and completely skip the line. Ive been caught in line when they asked me to wait so that they can fulfill an online order rather than take my order.

ORDER THE QUESORITTO! Jk, theyll hate you if you order that. Their burritos are bit pricy, but youll be satisfied. The ingredients are always fresh and youll feel great even after devouring the thing. Customize it with beans, greens and mean sauces.
