They always forget the salad dressing :( Why do I keep going back? Because I love their salad. I go on my lunch break, I know its going to be crowded but I still go. Its happened to me a couple of times & it just happened AGAIN. I order my salad and ask for the Vinaigrette dressing. When I get to my job to sit down & eat NO dressing in my bag. Recently they moved the dressing at the beginning of the line where you start your order, I thought GREAT thats one way to assure people have their dressing. So, again today I ordered my salad, got the dressing following my bowl down the assembly line, I thought this is awesome. Then as the one guy is packaging my food to go I am paying for my order. Im in a hurry to just like they are to get me out of there. Im thinking cool, its all good! Yup!! I got to work & there is NO DRESSING IN MY ORDER!!!!!!!!! IS IT THAT DIFFICULT TO PUT IT IN MY BAG!! Oh geez, I was so hungry, now Im upset because salad is not the same without dressing. Ruined my lunch. Thanks, again!!!

I was actually at Chipotle ordering when the dude who wrote the previous review was inline. Man I have met some cheap people in my life, this guy takes takes the prize. He was probably Fred Merts in his previous life...Not only did he get extra of everything withOUT being charged but he has the audacity to write a negative review about those hard working employees. His burrito was so big they couldnt even wrap it, he was holding up the damn line with comments like "uh uh uh can i get some more rice" or an "can i uh uh uh get more beans" "uhh is there anyway I can get more meat" "double wrapped please, uh, uh, uh" dont listen to this cheap bastard. The Downey Chipotle is one of the better Chipotles.

This Chipotle is the worst one I have been to by FAR. Not only did the food seem less fresh than any other time I can remember, but also this place is SKIMPY. Every time I go to Chipotle they give you a nice sized scoop of ingredients. Not here, they daintily sprinkled a half scoop of every ingredient I asked for, even the freaking lettuce.... Chipotle is usually bomb, just avoid this location if possible. 2 stars because the food was still ok, just way below Chipotle norms.

The supposedly-a-real-customer-but-really-a-Downey-Chipotle-representative LIAR below who claims that he was in line behind the other customer at this location - He doesnt and IS LYING. We love Chipotle and my wife used to work at one but this location served us very skimpy portions of meat last time we went. NOT COOL given the high price of the burritos. Fun Tip: On Halloween, if you dress up like a burrito, your burrito is free.

This Chipotle Is the worse one in LA County I found a dead bug in side my food I told the manager she didnt believe me they refused to refunded me my Money also the manger is racists against Black people I will never again in life go to Downey Chipotle, the Chipotle in South Gate is 100 time better the Manager and Employees all are welcoming and the food taste better as well

Employee had an attitude when I asked for more lettuce for my salad. He added 5 leaves..really? Very small scope of chicken when compared to other Chipotles. When questioned...same employee answered with attitude "that is a serving size." Saving grace another employee said we can give you a bit more. I will take my money elsewhere...too many options in Downey.

The food are really good. Small place but always full house. We order the shrimp tacos, pork chop and the ribs for two of us. The entrees portion was really generous. Three dishes can feed us really well. I special love the pork chop. Perfectly cook, slightly pink in the middle and very juicy! Will come back and try something else!

The people there arent the smartest. If you ask them to do things that arent on the menu they have to stop everybody to ask and then tell you they dont know how... 15 minutes of my life gone for something that I get at every other Chipotle!

Slowest chipotle I have EVER been to. Seriously I been standing, waiting in like for 30 minutes on a Sunday at 8:30 pm with the line not even to the door. They just move too slow. Completely unacceptable.
