Gosh this place has turned into a ghetto establishment. I know people need jobs but when almost everyone there is under the age of 20 and they are scrambling around trying to "cook" the food and serve people its irritating. I went to this place during early 2014 and it wasnt bad and the customer service was better. Now you have these "kids" who have terrible customer service and dont seem to know what they are doing!! I took the food home and it was so bland and horrible and cold ( I only live 5 minutes away). I was just disgusted with the whole thing. Chipotle try hiring a manager that is 30 or over so you can get some order in that chaotic and ridiculously ghetto "restaurant". If you are going to hire a bunch of immature "kids" to do the work expect the same results in the food. The most disappointing thing was that the burrito I paid for lacked the Chipotle taste I have been craving. I wont be back.

Man- this place hits the spot!! I was craving some fast food Mexican food and opted to dial out of my usual Taco Bell ritual. I came in on a weeknight and ordered the barbacoa burrito bowl and the veggie burrito. There was no line, but definitely a good amount of people eating in around the dining area. I got our food to-go and everything was well packed and wrapped. They definitely scoop generously here when it comes to building your order - which I love when I dont have to ask for more!! The service was friendly and fast - which is exactly what I need when Im on the run and hangry.

O.k..The food here is fresh, fast and "sometimes" friendly. The food preps cound smile a little more on the regiater side. BUT.....every time I go in there, or anyone else that goes for me to get my order, the people cant understand what half chicken on one side and half Barbacoa on the other side..THEY ALWAYS MIX THEM!! Its sooo frustrating!! Cmon guys and gals, please pay attention to your customers a little more and stop trying to rush so much..I personally save half of my Bowl for a late night snack and want it to be as healthy as possible..END OF RANT THANK YOU

If you can get past the often long lines filled with the self proclaimed great minds of our next generation, Chipotle packs quite the culinary experience. With exquisitely fresh foods and an atmosphere to match its a wonderful place to grab a bite and work on that screenplay of yours. Its a bit hard on the wallet for a quick service restaurant but when taking quality into account its well worth those extra bills... that youd probably end up losing between your car seats anyway.

Its always too noisy in Chipotle. If you ask for a quarter spoon of beans you get a full spoon. If you ask for light beans you get a full spoon. I dont think the employees behind the counter can hear the customers order. They will respond to pointing and you must be prepared to accept whatever quantity they give you. We have had some issues with them and about half the time they are settled in a positive manner.

Food is great, but there is usually a long line and it moves incredibly slow. They only have one cash register and that slows things down a lot. They could make a lot more money by adding a register. Ive seen it in every Chiptole Ive been to over the years. I have walked out of Chiptole because the line was long and the one cash register cant handle the volume.

This location is by far one of the worst locations in Orange County. AVOID it at all costs. The customer service is terrible and the food is shitty. The food is cold how is that possible??! Its like a bunch of wild young animals running the place. Read all of the reviews on YELP before you go I really wish I had!

The woman had contaminated my burrito. I complained and the supervisor didnt address me at all. He said to the woman right in front of me, "dont worry about it. People like to try and get a free meal, especially during the holidays." ... needless to say, I will never step foot in this stink hole ever again.

The worst chipotle experience I ever experienced. First they forgot to put steak in two of our three orders. So we had to go back to chipotle after giving them a call to receive the steak. Then we found a long piece of hair in the rice and an inch long hair in the hot sauce. Much disappointment.

I used to love coming to Chipotle, but they been on the news for all the wrong reasons. This location is not the cleanest or the nicest, but they have a good dining area. The staff is a hit or miss depending on what day of the week its.

The food speaks for this chain. Service is normal here, and Chipotle restaurants always seem to be a little messy because of the bare design and the loose tables. If you already like Chipotle, youll like this one.
