I have been a Chipotle customer for over 10 years and have never been served really awful food. This time it was super bad and bland. No flavor whatsoever, it seemed like they were skimping on every ingredient. They were no visible onions or jalapenos in my cup of guac.I had a bol of chicken and extra barbacoa, and I asked for 2 sides of white rice since the portion was very little, and this girl at the tortilla station proceeded to measure 2 cups of white rice using the "SALSA CUPS" and put them in a bol!! And they werent packed either, nevertheless I paid a whopping $2 ++ for some over glorified white rice from this restaurant. I had a coupon for a free bol and used it to pay for the food but I was told that I need to pay for the guac that I got on the side because it was not on the bol!! Like I mentioned, I am a loyal customer for the last 10 years and I know how Chipotle usually takes care of their customers and this experience was not what a Chipotle restaurant should be!! I am terribly disappointed. This was my 1st and will be my last visit to this location.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT A PRIORITY FOR THIS PLACE! This place is crappy!!! I ordered a carnita burrito and the guy that made it made it super tiny! There was soooooo much left over tortilla that I had to tear it off so I could eat the damn thing! The staff was completely unsympathetic too. Either ignored me or mumbled something about having to make it that way! I wont be coming back here and I hope the place burns down!

I really want to like this location - I have gone there 5+ times to give them another chance but the rice is always straight up garbage. Just a tad more water would help a lot. I always end up with tons of crunchy rice in every burrito. Service is great and fast - but I dont go there for good service, I go there for a good burrito. :/

This guy serving was giving attitude as well as not offering the same way he did to others..im not sure if it got to do with my race or what i felt humiliated i asked the cashier if he was new ..she said no i inform her how bad customer service he gave me n my mother n my son thats not right ..i wont be returning at all!!

Good clean restaurant. Staff always smiling. Outdoor patio area to eat at. Not a lot of parking directly in front of it diring busy times but its part of a larger plaza so if you dont mind a short 2 min walk across the parking lot during rush hour its fine
