Went here because they have a gluten-free pizza crust and we decided to try it out. The trouble came about when there was a fly cooked into our pizza. We called the waitress over and she seemed to be unsure if we would want a new pizza. We, of course, wanted to have it replaced since we would not be eating that one. When the new pizza came, it was made incorrectly, but at this point, we had been there for over an hour and just wanted to be done. After the meal, the waitress came over and actually asked if we were ready for the check. Naturally, I politely pointed out my displeasure and asked for the manager. The manager came over and we explained the situation to her and stated we were not paying for the pizza. Apparently she decided that meant we should still pay for the hilarious excuse for the salad. Since my girlfriend is much more polite than I am, she paid for that and we left, never to return there again.

The service leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I went in on a Sunday afternoon. The place did not have many customers. We were seated and our drink order was taken, and the drinks brought to the table. It took at least fifteen minutes for her to come back to get our order. We ordered salad, appetizer and a large pizza. It took another fifteen to twenty minutes to get our salad. The appetizer didnt show up until about three minutes before the pizza arrived. The appetizer was good, the salad was just okay. The pizza was undercooked. I could understand a lot of the slow service if the place had been full of people. The waitress commented that she was sorry as she was the only server. If it is that hard for a server to attend to her tables, they need to hire more servers. We brought the pizza home where I will put it in the oven and cook it until it is done. I doubt that we will go back anytime soon.

Horrible experience. Let me start by saying Ive worked service industry for years, so I know its not always the servers fault. Ordered the personal veggie pizza. Menu said it came with green peppers, I assumed meant bell peppers. Pizza came with jalapeños. I cant eat them, Im allergic. Server was nice, let me order something else & took the pizza off my ticket. I ordered the turkey melt. Menu says turkey, mayo, cheese, lettuce and tomato.... i receiced a tortilla with a small portion of turkey, even less cheese, and nothing else. Had to ask for refills and napkins, food took forever. Yes, it was kids eat free night, so we took that into consideration, but overall not a pleasant experience.

Its sad to say, but poor customer service can really ruin a restaurant, no matter how good the food is. This seems to be a recurring trend here. I was coming in from out of town and called half an hour ahead to have the pizza ready. Dropped the family off at home after a long days drive, with the daughter getting ready for bed, and arrived at Brick Oven to pick up the pizza to take home. They had nothing for me. I showed them the number in my call history and they verified that was their number. I waited another 25 minutes for the pizza, and was offered nothing—no apology, no discount, and not even water while I waited, which I eventually asked for. Thats my experience with Brick Oven.

Food takes good but do NOT go if you have a gluten allergy, especially if someone has Celiacs. They claim to have gluten free crust but do not keep their utensils separate when preparing. They say that they do but my wife had 2 incidents in a row with problems. Manager/owner apologized for the 1st time (especially for how rude they were when we complained) but then did the SAME thing herself as my wife watched her, called her out on it, was lied to, and then told "well, we are not really a gluten free restaurant".... Well, then dont sell gluten free pizza then! We will not be back. And I hate it because the food tastes good but my wife gets very sick when she eats gluten.

I would give it five if it werent so pricey. Take the whole family, and youll have to drop a bundle. But dont get me wrong, the food is excellent. The pizzas are made with care, as opposed to being slopped together and run through an oven on a conveyor belt.

I love Brick Oven! They have the best pizzas in Searcy. They get your order out super fast. Everytime we go into Brick Oven, Morgan is our server and she is awesome I would recommend anyone having her as a server if they eat there.

Pretty high for small pizzas and the Ingredients didnt taste good at all. Off handly commented that it was small for a large pizza and the lady kind of got an attitude about it. Wont go back. Just too disappointed
