A friend of mine got six tacos with no lettuce, extra tomatoes, extra cheese. He was charged $3.30 for the tomatoes and this is what he said. "Am I the only one that sees something wrong with this receipt? Anyone that knows me knows that I spend a lot of money eating out, and very rarely do I complain about the food or the price. This time I actually asked for the manager after the person at the window got an attitude. I told the manager I thought $3.30 was a little high to add tomato to 6 tacos!! While he was looking right at the ticket, he says, "Im not sure exactly how much it is, but I know there is a charge for tomatoes." Damn dude!! Its 3.30 divided by 6!!! I told him that I always add tomatoes and it had never been that much. He just looks at me and shrugs his shoulders. So I kindly told him that from now on I will find somewhere else to eat!! MEXICO CHIQUITO OF CONWAY, you have got the last nickel you will ever get from me!! Rant over! Thanks for listening!" Terrible service and and their wasnt even extra tomatoes on them.

Ate in the dining room last week. I assume the bulk of their business is drive through, judging by the fact that you can see right into the kitchen when you walk in, and it is what nightmares are made of. Standing water in the floor along with food that looks like it has been laying there for a month. There was also no AC inside, and it was atleast 85 degrees in there. The menu on the wall shows 8 combo meals. I ordered a #8 and got nothing like what I ordered. When I asked, I was told "I thought you said #9", which wasnt even a choice. The food was pretty good, and that is the only reason it did not get one star. My advice is avoid the "dining room" and check your order before you drive off. I grew up in Arkansas and was raised on Mexico Chiquito. I hate to see it reduced to this level.

We ate in the new dining room. The area was clean, staff was very cheerful and helpful. The waitress even brought our food out to the table. There were plenty of tables, it didnt feel small or cramped. The food was done perfectly. We had cheese dip, salsa, grilled chicken burrito, guacamole salad and beef tacos. The guacamole was extra fresh and seasoned well. It was better than what I recently got at the Cantrell location. This is going to be to our regular lunch spots. We spoke with the manager Teresa and we thank her for effort she put into making it a positive dining experience. We are long time patrons of Mexico Chiquito and have driven to Little Rock and Jacksonville to have it. Conway now has a dine in option and I encourage everyone to give them a try.

Love Mexico Chiquito. Why is the one in Conway so bad? Its been here for years, & theyve yet to get our order right. Tonight was the last straw. Weve given them plenty of chances, but wont return. Order was wrong, as always. We drive back, and they dont care. "Manager" was a kid & she couldve acted interested & done more. Its just nasty in there. Dont look in the kitchen. Its gross. No gloves used. Dining room was dirty. The punch is not good anymore. I used to love it. Dont waste your time & money.

Normally good but on this occasion horrible. Three employees were in the building at around 8:50ish. Hours say they close at 10pm. I pull through the drive through to order and no one comes on the mic so I wait around 10 min or so thinking they needed time to get ready or something. I assume the mic is broke so I pull around and I see all three employees rushing out the back. Very displeased. Didnt know the posted hours were estimations of when they could be open and they just close whenever they want.

This is one of the worst places to eat in Conway. Its restaurant priced food that is worse than buying a microwaveable dinner. The "entree" was cold, the re-fried beans smelled like sea food and had a fishy taste, and the taco was cold. Everything is pulled out of a fridge and warmed up (if youre lucky) The only thing worth getting here is cheese dip.

Food tastes good, but I recommend not going inside. The dining area just doesnt feel clean. You can see the kitchen from the front counter and it looks disgusting. Ive always enjoyed the food from here, but after seeing the inside, I wish I had stuck with the drive through only. Better off not knowing.

First time going there and it was great! Great food, fast service, and calm atmosphere, which is really nice since we brought our kids! I definitely recommend this restaurant! The only downer was the bathroom was located outside. No biggie though!

Today i seen the workers making fun of a disabled person stiitn outside in there patio when I asked the manger .makalya about it she kinda made a snicker ring remark about it as if i wanted to help make fun of that person..shamefull childeiss

Ive ate here several time for dinner and its always a disappointment.. missing food, skimpy portions and rude employees. I kept giving this place a chance because the one on Cantrell is great.. but no more.

Me and my wife went there today and out of all people the manager should big in warring gloves he wiped his nose with his hand and went right back to making food I wouldnt tell anybody to go and eat there
