What sets Guacamole apart from other Mexican restaurants is the freshness and quality of their ingredients. True to their namesake, they have delicious guacamole. Its made fresh to order with chunks of avocado, cilantro, onion, jalapeños, etc. We order it every time, and definitely recommend others try it! I also love their quesadillas. The shredded chicken is juicy and flavorful. My husband loves their Burrito Mexicano. My husband loves Mexican food and could eat it any time, any where. I like Mexican... but generally think most Mexican restaurants use cheap ingredients and highly processed food. Not Guacamole. Im always amazed at how fresh and delicious everything is. I actually feel good after eating there (versus feeling like I ate a vat of grease). Also... in case you went before they had a liquor license, they do serve beer now. Were lucky to live so close to Guacamole, but its definitely worth the drive for people who dont live nearby. Its my favorite Mexican restaurant in Memphis.

Food was good with the exception of the tortilla chips. Chips were not good. That was a disappointment especially for salsa, queso and nachos.
