I ordered via the OTB website and also paid via the website for my to go order. I wasnt dressed to in such away that I really wanted to be seen in public, but I figured I would just run in and get my food and run out. When I arrived at the designated time and let the hostess know why I was there she told me I needed to speak with this other girl. This other girl was on the phone. There were four other people standing in the hostess area chatting. After about 10 minutes the to go order girl was still on the phone, so I asked if one of them could help. They said no that only she could help. After another 10 minutes, I made the comment that if I had not already paid I would just leave. I also asked for a manager. One of the girls said oh if you have already paid then let me check on your food. So she goes back and after several minutes comes back with a sack with my order. I proceeded to check my order. I had ordered cheese dip and noticed not only were there no chips in my bag there wasnt any salsa either. So I asked if the cheese dip came with chips. By this time the to go order girl was finally off the phone and came over and said my order wasnt complete yet, but she would go get chips and salsa. Please note by now I had been waiting about 25 minutes, which was also 25 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. Well, after a few more minutes the to go order girl came back with my chips and salsa. She also said that she had arrived at work at 5:00 and no one had been working to go orders until she got there. Well, this some what explained why my order wasnt ready since I ordered online around 4:45 and it was supposed to be ready around 5:06. Anyway it was a horrible experience. I was embarrassed from having to stand at the front door for over 30 minutes just to get my to go order. I never saw the manager and the only person that seemed to care about my bad experience was the to go girl. The rest of the girls were just standing around chatting. Oh, there was also a young lady in front of me waiting on her order as well, but she still needed to pay. She was still standing there when I finally got out of there. Who knows she may still be standing there.

I have been to OTB in Conway, AR no less than 10 times since their opening. Inside dining has been an 85% positive dining experience. And the only reason behind that is the fact the on weekend evenings, Friday or Saturday, they cant seem to get the WHITE cheesdip down. Ive been eating that cheese dip since they first came to Little Rock. That is the one thing I get and have gotten absolutely every time I go or have been. When white cheesdip comes out yellow and tastes like velvet a...it is not white. I dont care what they say. Ive been eating that longer than most of the server has been alive. I dont know if the chef or what, but it is NOT the white. That is during the evening meal. I will say, my husband is very picky about his texMex and he loves yours so that is a major plus. However, his having the white cheesedip in a to-go order at one time, even he knows the difference at our dinners. It does no good to let them know because they just argue. Penny Baker Greenbrier, AR

Kinda biased because I work here, but anyways. The food is made fresh, literally everything from chips, salsa, Queso, tortillas, and of course the guacamole! We try our hardest to give every guest an amazing experience all while enjoying our Tex-Mex cooking. We are semi-new 7 months old. So we are always improving our service. If you had a bad experience in the past we apologize, but please let us make it right for you. I enjoy working here and I actually do eat here as well. Our kitchen is wide open so you know we arent "hiding" anything like the other guys! The staff gets up here at 8 a.m. and cleans every morning. I would say we are one of the cleanest restaurants. There are always great specials as well. Such as happy hour, endless Enchiladas, and promotions for "Club Cantina" members. #FREE stuff when you signup btw. Our #1 Goal is to be your favorite Mexican Restaurant! #otbconway

This on the border serves all you can eat rice and beans but if you have more than one person at your table you wont get any....if you order a meal with rice and beans it does not come on your plate here. They bring one small bowl of rice and ine small beans for the whole table and says its all you can eat. We ordered more bc we all didnt get any. By the time ot came out, we were all done. So i paid 10 buck for 2 enchiladas and everyone else at the table did the same. Only 2 ppl at our table got rice and beans I want my rice on my plate. Thats why i order my own plate of food so that i get my own servings. They have found a to cheat the amount of food. Wont step back in this joint, other ppl wont either. This is a place u go once and thats it.....U will leave hungry if u dont eat alot of chips and salsa

We were at the new Conway Ar location, Friday 12/16/16 around 2pm. Our server was named Jake. We had some worries at first because it was so busy when we first went in. We were disappointed to learn they were out of Dr Pepper. That alone can be a deal breaker sometimes. Our server was very attentive and didnt show his stress at having so many customers. He was very professional, pleasant personable and caring, he knew the menu well and also was very knowledgeable about the special that day I had received an email about. After getting past the no Dr Pepper thing we had a great meal. The food was hot and served in a timely manner. I ordered the ultimate fajitas and Mark had a create your own meal. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to visiting again. -Beth Andrews

Ann, the floor is very slick. We took our grown kids and granddaughter there. The waitress spilt all 4 of our drinks on us. Then on top of that, she brought me somthing that I didnt order and told me it was good and I would like it! What!?!? I talked to the Manger and she apologized. So we decided to try it out again a week later. It was on Monday which is all you can eat enchiladas. First we ran out of drinks for about 10 minutes. Then my son wanting more enchiladas and waited 20 minutes. Finally a Manger came over and ask how long had we been sitting there waiting for our waitress to come back. So he served us. The place wasnt really packed and they had alot of workers. We will not go back to eat there.
