Honestly the WORST! Place i have ever been there is a lady name Jennifer i guess she is the manager i dont understand why but when i came to this location after waiting 25min to get taken after she took the white guy BEHIND ME she gave me attitude bcuz i wanted to know why she took the guy BEHIND me first her excuse was obviously i didnt see you now are u gnn order i was taken back bcuz everyone was mingling like this is normal behavior im so disappointed in my service here i will never be back and i plan to call corporate and the BBB on them Disgusted!

Since I live in the area, I often pick up burrito here. More often than not Its what I expect good service, and good food. However there are times; Id say 2 out of 10. That the burrito just taste bad as if the meat and rice were overcooked to the point of being smoky and burnt tasting. Which a shame because I like the staff, but their food prepers are off their game. Which hasnt been a problem as of late, but it factors in to when I want to grab food, and its a crap shoot if I get good food or not.

Staff is very rude to start. They seamed very upset when I came in ordering 3 burritos. When I ordered 3 chips and queso they were mad that I had ordered that many. Burrito was ripped when I got home. Tortilla was not pressed very well from the start. It looked like a sun. Not good quality. This place needs some work before I go back.

I ordered two burritos. Watched them roll the first one, nice job. Went to pay and didnt pay attention to them rolling the second one. When I got home I opened the second burrito and the wrap was completely torn down the side. It definitely should have been put into a new tortilla. Keep an eye on them while they roll!

My husband and I have been big Pancheros fans for years. On 2 occasions from this particular Pancheros, our burritos just werent the greatest quality. They seemed undercooked. Not the typical amazing tortilla that Pancheros is known for. A bit disappointing

A great tasting burrito at a good price. I prefer the burritos here over Chipotle. Staff at this branch is friendly but the store is dirty. The burrito making area was a mess and the back kitchen was disgusting with thrash viably strewn about the floor.

Worst place for lunch, they ran out of plates and tortilla. Had to wait 10 minutes in line with no courtesy from the staff. All the Ingredients trays were all mix together and all over the counter. Worst experience by far. I thought chipotle was bad.

Very clean, tasted good. But I was new to this coming from the east coast and the staff was friendly but when I told them I was new they did not explain very well how it worked. And the selection of toppings could be bigger.

horrible service at this location. Staff needs replaced, hands down the slowest Pancheros ever. Noon and they were out of so much it was awful. Went to the gas station next door. much better service.
