One star because I have to put something here. They were closed at 11:30 already, the recording voice came up asking me to order when Im ready... I waited for a good 5 minutes, approached the window and after I was ignored by the lady outside for another 5 minutes, she came out and said "we are closed", I said arent you open until midnight? And she said, "yes, but we dont have enough people". ... Why create the expectation that you are open when you arent? Unacceptable and very disappointing... Horrible!

Got a burger and it looked great. 1st bite I took it exploded into a big blob of ketchup. There was so much ketchup on the thing that is all I could taste. If I wanted ketchup soup on a bun I would have had my 3 year old make it for free. Was like the whole thing was dipped in a bucket of it. Wasnt good at all and was so messy I feel like I Need a bath after that. Wow!

I really want to give this place 5 stars, but I felt like I could only give it 4 because I felt like the customer service fell short of my expectations. I felt like everyone was very short with me when I would talk with them. The building is beautiful and really enjoyed the location and food, I just wish the service had been better.

It was busy when we visited but it seemed to be dirty especially around the soda machine and the mens toilets absolutely smelt gross. when we had eaten here one of our party was sick within the hour another one of the party felt unwell its a shame that this franchise puts a cloud over the Burger King name.

I went in 04/11/2016 around 12:45 a.m. and ended up with food poisoning. I know it was that food because that is all I ate that day. This is not a joke and would appreciate it if this was investigated to prevent others from ending up as sick as I am thank you.

For my 3rd and last time eating here my food was cold. Stood in line and had to watch supervisor grabing crew ass while dancing to the music. If u want to watch sexual harassment while eating cold food this is your place. Damn youre just making burgers wtf.

They closed early last night, was really hoping to get some food in my stomach, if I would have known I would have gone to McDonalds first and had time to eat there before they closed. Other than that, mostly good experience other times.
