Despite placing my catering order 20+ hours in advance and receiving a written confirmation of my order and the expected date and time of delivery the local store, AZ Mills, somehow managed to confuse the date of the order. It took me 25 minutes to reach the store as all of my calls from 1135 to noon went straight to VM. I also reached out on-line to the customer service line AND spoke directly to someone in customer service who let me know that they couldnt actual see any catering orders but that they would e-mail the store management with a note to contact me as soon as possible. None of this is helping the 20 management people I have in a meeting with a set schedule whose lunch is late and unknown. Once I was able to speak with the store the order did arrive in 30 minutes which was an hour late. They still charged me a delivery fee. Unbelievable! I ordered a package with one additional side which they upgraded the size and didnt charge me for. A total discount of $20.53. Unfortunately this was their first and last shot at a catering order. Stick to eating at the restaurant.

By far, the Best El Pollo Loco I have ever been to. They actually care about what they are making and serving. Most Ive been to just throw your food together and send you on your way. I wish I took a pic of my order from before, but it looked so good I got right to it! Lol ordered the new Mango Taco plate. So good! My new favorite. Im a huge fan of the original chicken tosdada salad, only with dark meat. I dont go to too many chain restaurants anymore, but I can definately make an exception to come here.

If I could give you 0 stars, I would. I said my order FOUR times and you still messed it up. Its not that hard when your only job is to LISTEN to WORDS coming through a speaker. Thanks for ruining my 30 minute lunch break. I do not want a "credit for my next visit" because I will not be back. I want my money back.

Used to be one of my favorite places but they took away the chip bowl (so now you have to wait for your meal to get the dinky lil bag o chips) and most importantly they down graded their burritos. I only go there a few times a year now as opposed to the once a week I used to.

Food is always great here. Recently, seemed as if I had a gentleman waiting on me that could have been new or not that knowledgeable. However, the manager was right there to help him out. Manager has a great attitude and very personable.

I love Pollo Loco! Anything from their menu is delicious. If you order a salad no need for dressing, instead, pour their avocado salsa into your salad. I love the fact that salsas are made daily in the restaurant with fresh ingredients.

This is my go-to lunch break destination. The chicken is always fresh. The service is LIGHTENING quick. Just make sure you differentiate between mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. They tend to get my order wrong often due to this.

Theres nothing special about EPL other than its well cooked chicken at an honest price. Stick to the Pollo Bowl combo for $5, or tack on an extra 25 cents for some more tortillas and eat a hearty lunch for under $6 with tax.
