The food here is okay, not the greatest, but not the worst either. The service is HORRIBLE. I ordered delivery from them and the girl who answered the phone sounded like she was half asleep the whole time. She couldnt do basic math to figure out if I qualified for a coupon that had a min order amount to get (I literally had to tell her X+Y=Z so I have met the min amount to qualify for the coupon). When I tried to tell her my address for the food to be delivered it was more work than getting to the moon and she couldnt seem to grasp the concept of what an apartment building was and didnt believe me when I told her I lived in apt Q, (why I dont know)! When I got the food, which was not that long of a wait, I noticed that the total was much more than the state tax would have bumped it to, so I tried calling them back. It took four attempts of her answering and mistakenly hanging up the phone before I finally got through to tell her I had been overcharged. She went from near comatose to outright rude when I again had to point out her faulty math and instead of admitting she had overcharged me told me to consider it a delivery fee and hung up on me. I feel like given the way I was treated, two stars is overly generous, but Im trying to account for the fact that maybe the actual owner didnt overhear the way she talked to and treated me and that they would never treat a customer that way. Long story short, the food and delivery time were decent and well within expected, but the customer service factor pretty much negated that. I wont be back and highly advise others not to patronize this restaurant, at least by delivery. Hopefully in person you would get a better experience.

I really do not care for Chinese food but had a hankering for it tonight. The potstickers were divine as were the wontons. I let the person on the phone know that my mother had a cold and needed soup. They delivered it so warm and with the noodles on the side. She enjoyed every bite. As I stated above, not a fan of Chinese food but this restaurant made it to my favorites list and will be there for a long time. Very good and satisfying. Thank YOU! The person on the phone was helpful and the person at the door was kind. I am thankful for that. Well done, and thank you!

My husband and I have tried most of the Chinese restaurants near our house and this one is by far our favorite. Most Chinese restaurants will do a tofu with brown sauce and maybe a few other vegetable or tofu dishes. This place had a much larger selection of tofu dishes. If its a sauce they put on meat theyll most likely have a tofu dish with it. I love their sesame tofu. Its absolutely delicious. We have served various meat dishes to friends and their food has always been a hit. The restaurant is clean and the service is always pretty quick. I highly recommend China Hill.

My wife and I have been going there for years. It was a 5 star place but in the last year under new management the place has taken a hit. Service is slow but kind. Food is not as good as it once was but still good and portions are large. Last time we went I could tell the oil in the fryer hadnt been changed in a while and made the food taste burnt (like old oil). Still, since I have been going for years I give it 3.5 stars. Not sure there is a better Chinese place around. Get the General Tso or Sesame Chicken.

The WORST Chinese EVER! Food was nasty, customer service was HORRIBLE, and they over charge, They tell you one price on the phone and charge you another. If you order something and they give you the wrong food, they tell you they will send it, and call you back and tell you they dont have any drivers to bring it to you, This place needs to be closed down.... Ive had better Chinese food out of a box from Sams Club for a lot less. SMH...

I have always ordered from here tonight I ordered they told me 20-30 mins took an hr and 15 mins to get to me then the food was all dry and nasty called them to get it replaced the girl hung up on me. Had to come up to the store and when I was telling them the same thing the girl sat here and laughed at me. Told me it would be another 30 mins to cook. I cant believe how they treated me and I have always ordered from them.

After confirming our order twice on the phone, we went to pick it up. At home, we realized the order was wrong . Took it back to ask for veggie style and they blew up on us. The lady told us we were wrong and refused to pay us back. After telling some other people about our experience, they told me they didnt eat there anymore after finding long black hair in their food.

One if best places I have ever eaten! My boyfriend and I were trying to find a place for dinner we drove by and decided to stop. It was the BEST Chinese food with the best service! Egg roll I mean Nate, our server was amazing he is probably the best server I have ever had said my boyfriend I can not think of one bad thing to say about them. Plus they deliver!

They recently changed some of their items. Ordered a long-time favorite, but it came out disgusting and they didnt offer to replace it, but instead treated me like I didnt know what I was talking about; they even brought the cook out to explain to me why I, the customer, was wrong. Left so disappointed. Will never come back after such poor customer service.

I work at the PC Laptops up the street from China Hill, and we are always going there for our lunches. This place is consistently the best at high quality food and stellar service. They really do earn the local business and have earned every star. Its great to see a local food company that cares so much about its customers. Thanks Chine Hill

We had our order delivered and were really disappointed. My friends egg roll was a vegetable spring roll, my egg flower soup had corn in it which completely ruined the taste, half the food was cold by the time it arrived and the portions were extremely small for the price we paid. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

Wasnt expecting much when I saw the place, typical strip mall Chinese food restaurant. Stopped for lunch. Not busy. Service was polite and quick. Chicken lo mein lunch special (with soup, egg roll, and chicken fried rice) was six bucks. Large portions. Food was decent. Not the best Ive had, but tasty. Would come here again.

I love the food here. They have a great menu. Lots of veriety. Lunch and dinner specials. The lunch specials are a favorite in our office. More and better ingredients that a Panda Express or Mall food court Chinese food. Atmosphere is quiet. Interesting authentic decore. Great service.
