Love this Cold Stone location! The people here are definitely trained to have fun and engage with the customers. They do all types of cool tricks, flipping my ice cream in the air and catching it in the cup, etc. They also have catchy little jingles for when you leave a tip, so of course I have to leave one to see what they will say. I normally get the cake batter ice cream which is DIVINE and isnt sold many other places. Their ice cream is so creamy which is why I love it, but Im sure its not very healthy at all. I get Reeses peanut butter cups smashed up in my cake batter which gives me a bit of texture to go with the sweet, creamy deliciousness of cake batter ice cream.

I go to this location a lot because its close to campus and I do regular shopping in this area. However, I noticed this place gets very busy, so busy at times that the line extends to outside the door. Recently, I waited about 15 minutes just to get my favorite coffee ice cream treat and waited another 5 minutes to pay for it while I ate before it melted too much. This time it was during the weekend. I normally would just leave. My advice would be to go to this location during the weekdays or early during the day. Its summer so this brings around a lot of customers.

Today was the SECOND time I have went to this location, and the employees were in the back, just chilling while other ppl were waiting in line. Today they were right there at the entryway to the back, I counted 4 ppl, some sitting down facing us out there waiting, staring right at them, some on their phones just chilling. I was getting ready to say hello to get their attention when one chick finally remembers she is at work and comes out o serve us, with attitude,...again... I just walked out before I say something harsh. Lol wow.

There was a mix up with my cake order, I did it last minute (the day of the birthday) and my cake wasnt there or ready. Kelly Was awesome she completely took care of the situation and was very pleasant to work with! <3333

Very quaint location, right next to the movie theater. Went there while we waited for our movie to start, while on date night with the hubby. Had the Pistaccio, Chocolate, with Black Cherries mixed in... WOW! Amazing.

The ice cream is just as good as other Cold Stone locations, but its closeness to the theater often means its very crowded. The constant rush also means the staff gets worn down and less cheerful.

Ice cream was good and the customer service was good. Ive always felt Cold Stone was a little overpriced. But the ice cream is pretty damn good, so its hard to argue if you NEED it.
