My husband and I went with my brother and his date to Coldstone last night. We knew we would barely make it. We arrived approximately five minutes after 10pm when the store was supposed to close. My husband made a gesture indicating whether we could come in, and the girl behind the counter did not indicate not to, despite seeing my husbands gesture. Additionally, the door was NOT locked, and there were several other patrons still in the store, including several teenage girls in line getting their orders filled and a couple sitting enjoying their ice cream. When it was our turn to order, the server, a brunette girl, made it evident almost immediately that she had NO interest in helping us. She rolled her eyes at us and sighed exasperatingly. I ordered first and stepped closer so she could hear me better. She was in such a foul mood that I tried to make the situation better by apologizing. Smiling at her, I said "Im sorry about being late. If I was you, Id be annoyed that we got here late too." The girl fired back "Well, then why did you come in here?" Her antagonistic attitude took me by surprise, so I asked her to repeat herself. Slowly, as if I was stupid, she repeated "if you knew it was so late, then why did you even bother coming in here? Just wondering." I was stunned into silence. Her spiteful attitude was the WORST I have EVER encountered in any work setting. I could not believe how completely unprofessional and flat out rude this girl was, even for a teenager. I will NEVER frequent this Coldstone again in the evenings. She definitely deserves a reprimand, and hopefully to be fired for her actions.

Ive been coming at this location for last five years bringing family and friends giving them business. Last week I came bought a birthday cake asked Jayden if I could get some discount even though messed up little bit on the cake which I didnt worried about it. But I was expecting some discount even 10% would make me happy but she took couple of mins explaining me but never gave me any discount I was very disappointed that I spend a lot of money here and they wont even give me little discount. It wasnt that I couldnt offorded it I just want to see how much they really care about there customers. They just need your money. I would have gone to Smiths and get the same size ice cream cake for the half the price that is a block away from me but I drove 5 miles away plus it was half more and you get this"oh we dont give discounts" well good for you then your gonna loose business like that.

I have never had a bad experience with cold stone. The people are wonderful and ice cream is always good. This time was different thought. Both mine and my husbands were terrible. My strawberries were so frozen I had to take them out then the cookies werent broken up. My husband said it tasted like his was stale. I will go back but Im disappointed. Come on get it together we would like to remain life long customers but one more bad experience and with so many other options we may never come back.

They certainly understand food allergies and the meaning of cross contamination. Each time weve visited all I have to say is "my daughter has food allergies" and they are all over it! They ALWAYS pull from a new carton of chocolate ice cream and mix it in a separate clean pan with clean tools to prevent ANY cross contamination. Thank you Coldstone my little one feels super safe eating ice cream from here...and me too!! :)

I dont love ice cream. Its crazy, I know, but I just dont really care for it that much. My fiancé, however, really enjoys this place, so like a dutiful partner I go now and again. Their ice cream is better then a lot I have tasted, but the service here is terrible! I dont expect very much from a place like this but I certainly expect better than a 30 minute wait when only 5 people are in line.

After waiting in line for an Outrageously Long Time, I was Finally informed the 1 thing I wanted to order Wasnt even available! They Didnt even bother to put a sign on that part of the menu letting customers know! This is the 2nd time they couldnt be Bothered to have ingredients prepped for the day! Its 3:45 on the afternoon! Wont be going back for a Long time!

I went to this store as I had been given a gift card. The ice cream was good, but not great. Also, it appears that they have risen their prices since the last time I had been in. This location is seems very popular as every time that I have been in, it has been exceptionally crowded.

We have our go to and it is as expected every time: delicious. People mention staff here, Ive never had an issue. Its an ice cream joint theyre not going to fill your water cup. Awesome ice cream. This is a go to for gift cards cause, well, who doesnt deserve a treat!?

First time here. Ordered churro caramel crave. The churro werent the freshest, but hey, its an ice cream store and their ice cream... Loved it!! Hubby had the mud our mojo. If ur looking for ice cream, shakes or smoothies.. this is a great place to go.

I have never been so frustrated at a location before. First off they wouldnt accept my full Punch card. And then they would give me the pregnancy discount, which all other locations I have been too do. I will never return to this location again.

they need to answer their phone or delete the msgs in their mailbox because I wanted to call & make an order for pickup but I couldnt because of their phone issue. Poor customer service when you cant talk to someone to make an order.

The only problem is that the employees expect you to know exactly whats going on and to know exactly what to tell them. They dont explain anything and dont realize its not a normal way to get ice cream. Its also very pricey.

There were only two girls working tonight and it was kind of busy but Sam was working her tail off and was still being happy and looking good while helping the customers. Good job Sam! Everyone needs to be like you! :)

The ice cream is always good. The guy barely filled my container while he heaped everyone elses nice and full. Not sure why the difference. Ill go to the one in Bountiful from now on. They are more generous with me

Awesome! I love Cold Stone! Everytime I come I am greeted by your friendly employees. All of your ice cream is so fresh and creamy tasting! It is always do clean and smells so yummy! Id love to bottle that smell!

It was a typical Cold Stone. I like their ice cream well enough, but not a big fan of their waffle cones. They are too flimsy and break often.
