This is a fine place to grab a coffee or tea and meet up with your associates and friends. Ive had several good business consulting meetings here. I need to try the food and the smoothies because the only thing Ive really tried is the regular coffee. Friendly staff and managers and a very roomy location with outdoor seating. Ill be back regularly... Its nearly Paradise as far as coffee shops go! (True Utopia would include if they sold chocolate cigarettes and fine liquor, even though I dont smoke. Its the options though, thats what its about. Imagine it... the tasty baked sweets, sandwiches, smoothies, teas and coffees....... and then you also have the selection of fine cigarettes and liquors. Just saying.) Im way off track. Id go back. For one because I have a rewards card to use. For two, its convenient.. For three because of the friendly people who work there. Free Wi-Fis good too. Can be loud when it fills up... its just one big open room. But such are malls. Thanks for the good experience Paradise!

I am sitting here after spending 40 dollars on food for my family and after receiving my sandwich noticed that the tuna did not cover the piece of bread. I asked for it to be corrected and it was like I had done something wrong. No onions on my sandwich then when the manager brought the onions he was not trying to address the small problem but actually made excuses..I cant believe that he was not trying to offer a solution or even wanting to make me feel like a valued customers. I have always loved this place but its my first visit to this store and I will not return. Very disappointed

Worst experience ever, I ordered chocolate croissant and I asked to warm them for me, the manager "josh" refused becouse he doesnt want his troster to get dirty!!! WOOOOW, what a customer service!!!!! The manager is really RUDE has no manners, 0 custmer service, I honestly dont know how they hire inattentive people, I personally will never go back, and I will do my BEST to share my bad experience with others, I dont recommend this place ( panera tempee marketplace)!!!

Its so loud in the store and the staff doesnt call out name very loudly. There were several orders piling up on the counter cuz no one heard their name called, and the staff couldnt have cared less. They just kept walking past without doing anything to get people their food. If you happened to go to the bathroom at the wrong time you might not get your order for hours!!

Typical Paradise Bakery. If you like them, youll enjoy this one. I did have a bad experience with one of my turkey sandwiches there (the meat just had a weird slimey texture to it), and now Ive been avoiding their deli. But I still come back for their baked goods, especially those of the cookie variety!

Better go here before it becomes a Panera Bread Company which SUCKS. They bought Paradise 2 years ago, and are now downgrading all units to Panera. Paneras food is crappy, manila, cardboard. Too bad, because Paradise Bakery was a much better concept, that was around since the 1980s.

The food was great and service was fast. I couldnt help but notice that we were the only minorities in place, and in the 20 minutes that we were there, we were the only ones who didnt get our order called out by our name. We wont be back. "Order #211"

Ive been to just about every Paradise Bakery in the Valley and this one is superb! I have never had a bad experience and my food has always been spectacular. 5 stars to the staff and management! (THIS REVIEW WAS GIVEN PRIOR TO THE PANERA TAKE-OVER)

The food is still relatively good. Glad they kept the Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad, unlike other Panera Bread locations. The layout is really confusing now. Looks so much smaller than it was. Oh, cant use your old Paradise rewards anymore.

I had a delicious soup and sandwich lunch. The server didnt bat an eyelid when I asked for a knife and work to eat my sandwich with (I had a broken tooth). All the staff I met were friendly, and the place was very clean, warm and inviting.

Newly remodeled and now open as a Panera Bread!! The look of the new cafe is beautiful and modern. So many new and cool ways to order, online, self-serve kiosks, or face-to-face. Food is still delicious and staff is always friendly!! A+

The awesome girl at the counter, named Isis, let me try a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie and it was pure bliss! My girlfriend and I bought more cookies, soup, and a drink. All great stuff. Thank you Isis and Paradise Barkery!

This is a great place to hold a 2 to 4 person business meeting. There are electric outlets at many tables and FREE WiFi. The espresso is good, there is creamer, and a free rewards card if you want it.

First they sold us soup they didnt have. Then they gave my sandwich away to someone else. I walked over to Chipotle. Mistakes happen all the time - but they should at least act like they care.

Recently re-decorated and was previously a "Paradise Bakery", same company and same food just a different look and feel. Great place to hold meetings! My #1 choice to meet around the Tempe area.

Unfortunately the tea here tasted old and disgusting last I got it and having tea almost daily from Fashion Square mall, I know it wasnt just that their tea tastes different.

Location seems nice I just had a catering order but it is located further down the marketplace then what Google maps would have you go

This Paradise Bakery location was permanently closed June 12 and is scheduled to reopen June 29 after renovation as Panera Bread.

The cookies and the bistro sandwich are delicious. Eating healthy and delicious. My son loves this place for the cookies

Their food can be a little hit-or-miss, but theres barely any wait and their cookies are pretty good.
