I had the worst experience at a fast food place ever at this location. Im not one to complain, or slam someones reputation because Ive worked fast food but what the morning crew of this location did to me I will not soon forget. Came through the drive through, purchased 2 jr. burritos. Was told to wait out front, no big deal I guess... 5 minutes pass, 2 additional cars pull up. Another 5 minutes pass and the car next to me that came after got its order. Whatever maybe they ordered something small. Then the employee comes back out with the other cars order that had just pulled up. I yelled to the employee "hey Ive been here 10 minutes, wheres my order?" The employee completely ignored me and walked away. I walked inside and waited at the counter while the other supervisor talked to her friends who had came in. I then said to both employees Ive been there 12 minutes, no service. The female employee then said "someone called in sick, this isnt my fault" then tried to buy me off with free food which I declined. No apology, no nothing. Ive had bad experiences with these same employees before but this crossed the line. I will not be coming to this location again, and reported to corporate and was told the owners would contact me back, to which they never did (its been well over a month now) so I will make others aware to avoid this locations morning crew at all costs! They truly are an example of a couple of horrible fast food workers, and should be reassigned at the very least.

Burger King: This place has no good service all that they do is ask your order and then they say to what for your number. I do not like it at all. So if I was the owner of this place I would go out of business and just buy an olive garden.i give it a one star. This is said by Justine sealie. Everything is disgusting about Burger King and it always smells really bad. No one would want to come there. The people there are very rude and if you order two burgers they give you one. It makes everyone so mad. Never go to burger King it’s horrible. There was a review by a guy and he said that the manager was rude and he wouldn’t let him order. I think that is so wrong! Why would the manager be that rude? There food is really horrible and they never give the little kids the toys that they see on TV. That is wrong

Perhaps Im biased, I but I have to say that this is an exceptionally nice Burger King Restaurant. Ive always thought Burger King had the best food amongst the fast food restaurants, and this one does not disappoint. I work in the area and come here frequently (2 times a week on average). The restaurant manager Karen is exceptionally friendly and responsive to my needs, and even knows me by name. The food is always hot and fresh, and the service is almost always fast (a few minutes when I order for myself, even faster when Im in the drive thru). Im not really sure what got into these other reviewers? Sounds like they had a much different experience or perhaps have an axe to grind? Ive been coming to this BK for about 10 years and their experiences dont add up.

They forgot my chili cheese dog. I ordered a jr. Double cheese burger but they ended up making it just a jr. double burger which actually costs more! They acted very inconvenienced when i asked them to add the cheese - i didnt even ask them to return the difference in price! The process to acquire tartar sauce was insane too. Also, there were no spoons for the Apple sauce in either of the jr. meals. All together not a very surprising experience for a fast food restaurant. I think i will continue to avoid this place. On the up side, their soda disorder is very unique and entertaining!

12601 W Bell Rd, Surprise, AZ 85374 This the Burger King I stopped at this morning I walked in and waited at the counter for 5 min and no one ever came to take my order I called the restaurant from my cell phone three times and I was sent to voicemail. I also yelled out Hello twice and banged my keys on the counter and no one ever came..if that is not bad customer service then I do not know what is. This Burger King has always had horrible service so today should not really surprise me but I really think to day did it for me never again will i step foot in this location again.

The assistant manager Tyler Henerson is a Meth Addict that Stole $500 Cash from my bank card after i loan him 200 cadh he looses at the casino. The management have known but cant find anyone to work 100 hours weekly on salary. He also has hepatitis c and works at this place gross. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and smelled weed from the smokers outside.

This restaurant is the WORST Burger King I have been to! Everytime I go there the food I order is cold when I am told I am going to have to wait for it to be cooked. Sorry but food that you have to wait 20 minutes for it to be cooked should NOT be cold and disgusting! I would definitely not recommended anybody go to this Burger King!

New chicken sandwich was great, BUT the bathroom was bad, no changing table, so I had to change him on the floor then during clean up my baby kept wanting to play with the door that pops open from a tight hinge so the corner of the door scratched my little boy. Not cool burger king.

Service in relation to there ability to communicate is creating problem in there customer service. Over talk in the drive through is a problem as well as waiting 20 mins on a order and still waiting. They need new management

Over 30 minutes for a double whopper with cheese and a chicken sandwhich. Poor service, 4 cars went through the drive through. People who came 10 minutes after us got their food first. Very frustrating.

Picked up a burger for my father here. He ended up getting a stomach ache a few hours after eating it. We tried to warn him but he insisted on BK. The wife did enjoy a chocolate shake.

This had to be the nastiest greasiest Burger King I have ever been in. I like a good flame broiled Whopper every now and then, but stay away from this one... Just Gross.

Good service but a bit slower than other BKs I have visited since the workers tend to just stand around and talk, including the managers but they are still very kind

Food was cold. Ordered a chicken breast sandwich and got a party of something. Staff was OK. I dont recommend it. For the price I could have better food elsewhere.
