Best experience at Burger King EVER! We were in Saturday, early morning for breakfast before we went to the Zoo. When we walked in the manager had immediately grabbed and crown and had it ready for my 2 year old son when we made it to the counter. He was very patient as we frantically decided what we wanted to eat. While we were waiting for our food my son had seen a picture of their Pancakes and he got very excited! the manager said to him playfully YES! those are pancakes but you have french toast coming, doesnt that sound good?!? Then he told me that he would be happy to change out his French Toast for Pancakes if he would perfer once our food came out. As we were eating our meal he made a point to come to our table to check on my son and make sure he was happy with his choice of breakfast, then made sure we did not need anything else and that we were set. I have never had such an awesome experice at any fast food restaurant. I was blown away by how he took his time to make sure that we were happy. Excellent service! Thank you so much!

I usually come here due to it being so close to my home and a favorite place of my daughters. But lately I feel as if nothing but bad service or quality food has been pooe and uncaring employees. Usually I do get parked when I do come with the drive-thru but this like this last Sunday I came with my family to order breakfast of my family and I just decided to try their enormous breakfast bureito explaining no sausage and only bacon so instead I had to get parked and wait 7 minutes to have them bring me out a tortilla with only bacon on it but yet charged me for an entire enormous burrito price. Ive been pulled through back to the drive-thru for them to tell me I have to go up front for them to correct it and then at the time that they did fix it because they decided to change their mind and allow me to go through drive through the burrito was horrible with nothing inside of it Northern look like anything of the picture that is prompted. this location is a lot of work

Was asked to pull around front after already waiting in drive-thru line, then waited another fifteen minutes. Saw 7 cars leave the drive- through with their food. I went inside and spoke to guy sweeping to remind them I still was waiting, went back to my car and saw him laughing with someone at the counter. No apologies, no explanations, nothing! I then went back through the drivethrough, waiting again behind more cars. I was told they "dropped my food and had to remake it". You would think that would warrant an explanation out front, and offer something free, and give me a chance to respond whether I had time to wait or not. But no! They didnt even have the food ready when I pulled around. I told them I wanted my money back and they had the nerve to deduct the ice cream and drink they had already given me earlier. Unbelievable! Forty-five minutes at Burger King and didnt even end up with a meal...These clowns need to be replaced with people who are competent. Losers...

I always go here because its the closest one but Im so angered. I never get sauce because they dont ask if you want any and even if I do they dont give you it and rush you when your at the drive thru, today I went thru and ordered a shake and chicken fries, the shake was half full watery and had no whip cream. Then they told me to wait around the front for my chicken fries and after litterally 30minutes of waiting and 20 cars going through the drive through I went again and told them they never came out and they finally gave me them and the manager peeped out the window to let me know they were fresh and hott. No apologies or anything. Apparently Im not the only one who this has happened to before and it makes me think there trying to cheat people out of their money, I dont know if thats true but Im just angry.

This was the worst experience ever. We went to the drive through and immediately noticed how rude the guy was taking the order. I got a bacon cheeseburger and the other order was a whopper. On the bacon cheeseburger I specifically asked for no onion. Which came on it anyways. The bacon was a small piece that probably wasnt even an inch long and the frys were half empty. Thats not sll everything was cold and the drink was flat. The whopper came without cheese and was cold as well. Nothing good happened. Rude service absolutely terrible food. DO NOT go here especially at nigh jt js th biggest waist of money Ive ever spent.TERRIBLE!!!

The fries were way oversalted and the Texas whopper came without cheese and jalapenos, it barely had any lettuce and the meat looked like it spent more time in the precooker than on the actual grill, and it tasted like it too. Oh, and the tea tasted, and smelled, like the tea maker hadnt been cleaned for months. I ate the burger, cause I was hungry, but tossed the fries and tea. One of the workers seemed nice enough, but another one seemed annoyed when we were told her we were missing a drink. We dont eat here often, but I always seem to regret it when we do...

If I could give this BK a negative star rating I would. They messed up my order which was the most simple thing in the world, asked me if I wanted sauce and didnt even put it in the bag AND they didnt give me a receipt. I waited in the drive thru line forever before anyone even took my order, mind you the establishments was not busy at all barely any cars in the parking lot and I was the only car at the drive thru. AWFUL customer service, you guys dont even know how to say your welcome when someone thanks you! This is why you dont deserve $15 an hour.

This is the worst burger king I have ever been too. They can only seem to do one order at a time- order, pay, and get the food. Going through the drive-thru can take about half an hour and it wont even be that busy. Every time I order any kind of sauces they never put it in the bag. There is always something wrong with my order, whether it is they put onions when I asked for no onions or they loaded up a cheeseburger when I asked for ketchup only.

Horrible drive thru. It took more then five minutes to take my order with no cars ahead. They forgot my frys and didnt make my sausage biscuit fresh, it was hard and I can tell it was just sitting there. Never again going to this BK. I called the manager and she was rude not letting me explain the situation instead kept interrupting me. I myself am a manager at dairy queen, this is not how you treat your customers. Very disappointed.

I have been here twice. And both times the evening staff are rude. I stood and waited for someone to take my order. They were chatting and throwing paper at each other. Then began arguing about who needed to take my order. Every signle table was dirty. Horrible horrible service. I will never come back and I hope that who ever reads continues to drive past this place.
