Abundance of staff, mostly kids; ironing out the kinks as though location opened less than a month ago. Retail freezer is frequently low or completely out of top sellers due to high customer volume as would be expected in new Dairy Queens. This DQ is clean, well staffed and has plenty of seating. Parking is sufficient, usually; however navigating through it may be tricky if the drive thru is backed up. Drive thru is almost guaranteed to be busy all day, so expect to spend some time waiting during peak hours; ordering at the counter is always a quicker option. If going inside is not an option, your best bet is to go during off-peak hours between the rushes.

I love Dairy Queen but as most Laveen alfast food goes, the service and quality quickly went down hill after opening. We frequently have to correct our order, make sure you check before you leave. Its usually pretty clean inside and the food always tastes good but... The blizzards are rarely mixed enough, ice cream only on the bottom. They are super stingy with the dipping sauce and make you pay for extra, then still give you the wrong sauces, and the sodas frequently taste off because the syrup is too high or too low. I would actually rate 2.5

I completely understand that this still a fresh DQ that is still in the beginning stages. However Ive been there now on 2 seperate occasions and both times the restaurant was slow. There should be no excuses for getting your order WRONG!! On this last trip the server actually dropped the tray causing the onion rings to practically dump in my lap, after she laughed about it she then apologized

We ordered 2 large vanilla cones, which were great until you get to the really stale cone. Customer service was great minus the individuals whom pass out the food. The employees just let it sit on the counter and there werent that many people inside. The drive-thru is always backed up and crazy.

Horrible. Paid extra to get a 4 piece chicken basket, got what looked like nuggets. Strips the size of nuggets. You have officially lost my business. And I will recommend others take their money elsewhere.

The staff is always so kind & professional. So far, always a good experience. Happy customer. Love that there is a DQ in Laveen and almost a PPPizza/KFC. Laveen is coming up slowly, but surely.

Food was good, ice cream was delicious.... The front cash register boy was super friendly and cooperative... Dining area was clean and bathrooms were well maintained. Keep up the good work!

Their food is hardly ever fresh..The chicken strips look like nuggets.. and it took 9 mins to make a darn Hot dog smh.. To be so new to the area they are HORRIBLE...
