Doing the typical practices of most fast food joints in Tooele. Went there 2 days ago, with 2 hours to go before the KFC side closed. Was told they were out of original recipe and would be 20 minutes. They continued to tell this to the next several customers, some of whom simply walked out, all the while no one in the store making more chicken for the customers. There were more workers cleaning up the chicken side than actually preparing food. This was all in an effort to walk out the instant 10pm rolled around. What happened to meeting customer demand and serving your food until you actually close. By 830, they actually had no prepared chicken left and were only cleaning up the KFC side. What happens with the customers that come in for the next 1.5 hours wanting chicken? I had this happen at McDonalds as well. Several time in the last few months, we have been told that the shake machine is not working whens we try to order. But it is close to end of dinner rush and they are actually cleaning it or cleaned it already and dont want to have to do it at the end of the night. Seems Tooele has a rash of restaurants that are run by teenagers that dont give a darnn about customer service, but rather just themselves and how little work that should have to do to get paid.

My order here toltalled to over $30 and the girl that was taking my order over the speaker in the drive thru was wonderful and really thorough while taking my order the best I had experienced in quite some time considering how eating out goes anymore these days. Anyways so I hand her my money and she gives me my change and askes me what sauces I would like I respond ketchup and hot sauce and ranch for the chicken please. To say the least after the wonderful job she did at taking my order and reading it back making sure to ask all the right questions I ended up with no straws not one sauce packet no napkins no untinsels to eat the not finger foods and more than half of my $30 order was either completely wrong or completely burnt or hard from sitting there for so long. Okay so the thing is that I would think after spending $30 at taco bell for Christ sake I could at least not have to pull back into the lot and go in to ask for sauces etc. Along with everything else. Thats my experience so

Every time I go here they mess up my order BIG TIME. I get home and 1/2 of my order is missing or they have given me the wrong food. I now always pull into thier parking lot and have to check my bags of food and always end up having to walk in and have them correct it. This then causes my food to all be cold when I finally get home. Such a hassle and a waste of my time and money. I havent gone to this location in about a year and tonight I thought I would try it again thinking maybe they just had incompetent staff the last several times I have been there. Well they must only hire people with an IQ of a peanut because yet again I am severely disappointed with the level of service and accuracy of my order. I had to wait 20 minites for them to correct it. This is absurd. Please... Taco bell Corporate....do something to fix this. This is a constant issue here and its getting asinine

My family worships tacobell we get chalupas with steak. August 2017 we went to get my chalupas and they filled it with nothing but lettuce and tomato. No cheese no meat. Both of them where like that. Then the crunchy taco same thing. The next day we decided to try again. We went inside, no one was busy yet every table was dirty and not cleaned. Soda machine was dirty and a mess all over the floor. And on top of that the workers really know nothing about tacobell and knows everything about the KFC side.... I love you tacobell. Please help this store.

Not sure what it is, but this is THE slowest taco bell in the state. Every time Ive come here there have only been a couple cars ahead of me, but somehow it turns into a 20-30 minute ordeal to make it through the drive thru. To top it off, they messed up on what seems to be a very simple order; a shredded chicken burrito FresCo style and a diet coke. I somehow got a burrito supreme combo and a coke. Go to Taco time up the road. Much better time and much more delicious!

Lets be honest, its Taco Bell. You know what youre getting before you go. This particular location has a KFC at it as well. The food is not bad, the service has gotten much better from 10 years ago when I was in high school. They updated the location (inside and out), but the inside is still not as clean as some of the other locations ive been too. Fortunately these days, the baja blast isnt the only reason i go to this location (which it was for years)

Service, what service. There would have to be a great improvement for it to be rated as lousy service. I only go when the rest of thr family would like Taco Bell or KFC (about once every couple of months). We have never had our order correct, even though the time it takes they should be able to check it many times. Oh well, typical Tooele customer service.

I moved here three years ago and have been disappointed every time i have been here. The service is the best you can get with teen age kids playing around and the food, well lets just say it is awful. The mexican pizzas have tasted like liver each time i have ordered it. Not to mention that it didnt even look like a mexican pizza. This place sucks.

We love Taco Bell. We spend a lot of money at Taco Bell. But this location needs a lot of help. They are always messing up our order and they sometimes take FOREVER. Tonight we got some burritos with potatoes in them and the potatoes tasted so old and dry, like they had been sitting there for days. Very disappointed with this location lately.

Taco bell/Kfc has always treated us good since I remember, weve never had a bad problem and even if there were to be one we understand that they get busy because they are so good with food and customer service I highly recommend coming to this restaurant and looking for the good things about it

The last 3 visits in a row I have been given the wrong food with my order and the staff has seemed really impatient. I will avoid this place in the future. Edit 7-2016 Messed up my order once again. I will continue to update as they keep screwing up.

Wow this is the slowest drive up in the city, what happened to 2 minutes get out their food. This place needs some, mystery shoppers soooo slow!! Ok I just got four pieces of chicken and two burritos I dont even get a napkin what the??? Horrible ug!

This location is a total joke. Bit into my taco only to bite off a chunk of paper/cardboard. Yeah, paper. In my taco. Called the manager and he was completely useless. Unapologetic. I will NEVER eat here again.
