The worst customer service ever!!! We ordered the usual, noodle soups and the waitress brought us an egg and tofu slimy soup. We clearly had explained to her how we wanted our soup and what we wanted in it, yet she still brought us that slimy soup very nasty looking, immediately we noticed that it wasnt the soup we wanted. Once I spoke to the waitress and the cook, about which soup I wanted, one of the twins ( I dont know if hes the manager or owner) that was in the back said we had to pay for both soups with an attitude, and I said that was fine I would pay. The cook made the soup we actually wanted, but when the waitress brought us the other soup, with an arrogant attitude said "Next time you have to write down what you want" why would I have to write it down if Im the customer? She started ranting to us about how the other waitress got in trouble because of our fault, that her boss was mad at them because of us. You cannot eat something you dont like specially if you are paying for it. We do not recommend this place, because of the worst customer service that they have, they are all very rude. If could rate it zero stars I would.

I always order from here for lunch and its always been okay but i had to take the night shift so I wanted sushi and when i called they said it was going to take 45 min to a hour i was fine with that i ordered my food at 6:30 I didnt receive my food till 7:50 so i call at about 7:45 to see when i would receive it I was put on hold for about five min I could hear the lady in the back talking and she picked up another call, All i was calling for was to see what time I ordered my food i asked the lady and she kept telling me a total and said my food was out for delivery 20 min ago and screamed and hung up, My work is about five min from New Asian very sad with the service tonight my food was also wrong but it was still okay.

As everyone knows its really hard to find a good Chinese food place in AZ but I was very happy with this one. The food was super fresh, even after bringing home. I havent seen fresh veggies like this from any restaurant in a really long time. My 3 year old daughter is vegetarian so they did a half order ( kids size) of veggie noodles for her which they did not have to do. They were all very pleasant &sincere to my daughter and I. I was able to get orange chicken ( for myself ) , the noodles, kung pow veggies, rice and an order of veggies for $25.00. Great value because the portions are big. I highly recommend this place.

I heard of this restaurant from a friend at work. Im big on Asian food and find it hard to get great tasting Asian food for the right place. This place does just that, great food at a great price. They also deliver. I was told my food would be ready in 55mins., which I thought was a little long, but in 30 mins. There was a knock at the door And my food was delivered. Great service/great food/ great price. What else do you need, maybe they could deliver beer then Id be in heaven.

Great food, great prices, friendly service. What more could you ask for? Ive gone here about 10 times and every time the food was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. Ive tried all the fried chicken dishes and theyre all very good. For the record Ive seen bad reviews about the service but Ive honestly had no bad encounters myself, theyre always friendly and make sure that youre satisfied with your meal. All in all, if youre in the area, definitely try this place.

The food was decent but I was not wowed by any means. The ingredients were fresh and portions were large so you wont leave hungry. The dinning room is small and it can get a bit tight for the dinner rush. The service was excellent and they allow substitutes for finicky eaters. Oh the "crab puffs" could probably stand a trace of actual crab in them. The décor is a bit lackluster but not a bad place to visit if youre in the area.

Delicious, efficient and fast is how I would describe my experience. I enjoy Chinese its one of my favorites and this place does it justice. I recommend the house rice and house noodles. The orange chicken is crunchy yet to bite into with great orange taste. The sweet and sour has the right amount of sauce as to not over power the texture of the chicken. Wonderful experience.

So someone referred me to this Chinese place. I usually go to good china on 67th ave Thomas. This location is closer to me. They are always friendly and welcoming. The dining area is a nice good sized set up and always clean. Their food is delicious and not overpriced. Especially for the amount given. Their chopsticks are very nice as well. I would definitely recommend them.

Everything about the food was weird. You could taste the msg in the Mongolian beef. The chicken in the sesame chicken was gritty and had no taste. The "fried" rice seems to be soaked in soy sauce and isnt very good. Also, the eggroll wasnt fully cooked. It was however, clean, fast, friendly service, and easy to find. But Id never come here again.

I think the people who run this place have a time travel device because your food is ready practically at the moment you order it. Ive had a lot of the options on the menu here and its all been quite good. Definitely a step up from Panda Express, and not a buffet. This place has become my go-to Chinese restaurant on the west side of town.

Tried this place for the first time. Service and cleanliness of store was great. My wife ordered the beef and broccoli dinner combo and said it was delicious. I ordered the sesame chicken and thought it was good. I was hoping it was sweeter like most other sesame chicken meals Ive had. But overall very good experience here.

One of the only places that would deliver to Best Western Hotel in Tolleson. It was pretty close to closing time. The food came hot and it was delicious! Me and my husband drive trucks and hadnt eaten all day. General Tso and Curry Shrimp combos, egg rolls and wantans were fabulous. Two thumbs up and 5 stars from us.

The food was so good and fresh. We got sweet and sour chicken, twice cooked pork-medium, pork fried rice, vegetable lo mein, spring rolls and an avacado roll. Highly recommend each. We have finally found our go to Chinese restaurant.

Their delivery is fast and super friendly. The food is good, although I am from the east coast and nothing out here so far compares to east coast chinese but for what they do its satisfying.
