Absolutely disgusting, ordered there beef & broccoli & teriyaki chicken, some of the beef pieces were spoiled, meaning they cook bad meat and still serve it. U can literally taste it as u chew it. Also, the chicken was dry on the outside and still raw on the inside. Very diassponited. I called back the restaurant and spoke to a lady that could barely speak English. I told her the situation with the food and she was rude about it; said I can bring the food back and get something different but that they would not compensate me back for my money. What a way to rip people off! Pay first to only have u get Served uncooked food. NEVER EVER!! Going back to this place!! I knew I should have went to Star Wok on 83rd encanto and they deliver! This place does not!! Made me drive to go pick it up but didnt want to refund me my money back after trying to bring them there uncooked food back. Going to call food inspection on them!! If I get sick they are having a case filed against them. Couldnt rate zero star other wise I would have..

I was personally shocked when I saw this place only had 3.7 stars. I used to work down the street at the Staples until it closed, and have since moved to CA. When I come visit my parents in Buckeye, we eat here at least twice because its so good. Nothing is better than munching on the egg rolls during the long drive back! I have enjoyed everything that Ive tried, especially their egg rolls and pork fried rice, along with the broccoli and beef. I usually get the dinner portion, get all steamed rice and then sub out everything else for more egg rolls! Staff is always very friendly - they still know me since I left AZ back in 2011 and they ask how my wife and I are! I wish I had a place like this in CA.

This place was amazing best Chinese food in the valley by far, I order Mongolian beef and expected a small blaned portions, I was surprised the food came out fast and as well as very large portions I couldnt finished it. And the food was very spicy the way it should be. Customer service was awesome and the restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I am coming back with my family. Thank you New Wok keep up the great work.

I probably shouldnt even give it 1 stars, but the inside of it was very nice. I got the orange chicken. Half of it was in edible as it was so hard. The sauce was good and the couple pieces I could actually eat were ok. Their "fried" rice is rice with soy sauce...at least thats what it looked like. I also didnt care for their noodles. Was very pricy. Took a long time to get my order. Would not recommend at all.

Weve been in love with this place for years now. The food is wonderful and with my taste for spicy the staff always gives me my "10 times spicy" order just the way I like it. My wife ALWAYS brings half her order home for lunch the next day and I can rarely finish the entire order myself! Our service has been consistently outstanding!!

Good food but they got my order wrong and when I called in to let them know they told me that I was wrong. I wasnt calling to get my money back and to get free food but to just let them know but instead of an apology I was told that I was wrong. I will never return to this place again. To bad because the food is actually pretty good

Food was not hot and did not taste good at all. I told the waitress the something tasted sour and bad and was told that is how it is supposed to taste. I have had orange chicken at many different places and this was just bad food and flavors. I think the chicken was bad as I had food poinsoning. Call the Health Department.

I strongly disliked their food and for what i ordered (Egg drop soup, Wonton Soup). I also waited a very long time for food that they pre prepare. Im very disappointed with both the food which costed me an arm and a leg and the service. Thats why ill be giving this place 0 stars even though its making me give at least 1.

The service was very friendly and fast. However the food was aweful. The chow mein looked like and smelled like childs play dough. The chicken teriyaki, the chicken was chewy and not well cooked. I couldnt even take but three bites and that was three bites too many . Not good food and will not be going back.

Not good at all... They look clean but I was in the for about 30 minutes waiting for sweat and sour chicken it wasnt cooked all the way and they were not cleaning with clean towels... They gave me my food in a bag after I asked to eat in... The sauce was watered down...

Worst chinese food Ive ever tasted. Fried rice was just rice with soy sauce,no vegetables or eggs, noodles were dry. This happened on my first visit. The next time I ordered egg foo young, that was the worst food ever, I have never seen anything like that before.

The best Chinese food around! We Love everything from here but the familys favorite is HOUSE LO MEIN and lots of oil chili!! Super good and fast customer service. Most of the time we place our order on the phone and is always ready when we get there...
