We had Brittany. Let me tell you something. I have never ever ever had a bad time at a restaurant, but she was just very terrible. She made Mcdonalds look good. I dont know if it was an off night or anything. When I first saw her, she had a bright neon bikini hanging out of the top of her work shirt. I thought, maybe this girl is okay. But then she messed up our orders. She gave a friend a Bacon burger when he had made sure he asked for a cheeseburger and then, to top it off, I ordered a shake. Simple, fast, and not too terrible to remember, right? Nope. My party and I sat there for an extra thirty five minutes until I went to find a waiter to help me get a shake because it turns out she had left twenty minutes ago. Twenty, people. I just ordered a shake, she had forgotten to tell the woman who made them who had already turned off the machine a few minutes prior, that woman told the server trying to help me that it "Wasnt [her] my problem". How rude?! Anyways, the guy server went and got his manager and the manager was super nice about it and gave everyone in my party free coupons for a free appetizer/shake because we waited forty minutes for a milk shake that was never made, but paid for. I even reminded Brittany before she went to split up our checks. So, if you ever get Brittany, ask for another waitress because she was (1) forgetful, (2) gives attitude, and (3) does not seem very professional.

It had been awhile since we have gone to a Red Robin, but the wife really wanted buffalo clucks. The line for a table in the dining room was really long, but we were fortunate enough to find 2 seats in the "bar" and sat ourselves. I provide quotes around the term "bar" because they still allow children in there as long as they are accompanied with an adult. I dont know when they started using the table top computers to order/pay, but they all but eradicate the personal attention of an actual server. The bartender was nice, but it seemed her only job was to make milk shakes and answer the phone. The food was average. And the ambiance is basically you yelling at your dinner party because you cant hear anything over the constant wail of screaming infants - which you can hear in every corner of the building, even the (surprisingly clean) restrooms. If your looking for a place that provides edible food at an above average price, this is your place.

Iv nrver been to a red robins .i was excited to try always herd hood things so my 1st exsperiance n hoodyear off Mcdowell was Horrific.Had a burger n front of me i was starving n went to bite sandwich n all of a sudden i see 20 to 30 ants all over my food!!! In the pakage n burger i ca)ed manager over she takes burger then i look at my kids food n ther was green sprouts growing out my childs fryes!! Like freeken seriously..so told manager. Thy wanted to replace meal by then i wanted to puke n very mad.. So i left n managerdisnt compliment me on a free meal to come back Needless to say i didnt pay but u would think you would want some1 to come back with a exsperiance with good reviews. Absolutely Terriable. Manager had no reason for ants or old sprouts n fries!!

My first experience was really bad. Everyone had their food and had finished. When they finally brought mine it was cold; hadnt been back in 15 years. Finally decided to give them a second chance. If I ever have another bad experience They Will Know About It and I dont plan to pay for a bad experience! Since Ive been back; Love the burgers any way I want, the endless frys even though I can only go one round (maybe one day Ill make it to round two)...and the onion rings, Oh!

Tea is the only thing I can drink and I tried two different teas and they tasted more like flavored water. Not to mention the burger I got was horrible. Every bite I took the bread crumbled and basically shredded off. Bill came out to $50 NOT WORTH IT!!! DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY. I should of went to the olive garden atleast The tea taste like REAL TEA and the food is satisfying and well worth it. Lesson learned.

Always friendly and fast food good quality Love The Whiskey River salad and Whiskey River wrap and my fiance loves the Berger not to mention you get free Burger on your birthday which is of course what we did since our birthdays are in July. But excellent food great staff nice environment and of course good for the price definitely check this place out!!! PS the garlic fries are awesome just go light on the oil cuz they get bit oily.

Yesterday when we went service was really bad didnt get offer any refill on drinks or fries notify an employee about a dirty restroom didnt acknowledge me. It was really bad. The manager just talked to a family there but she knew them. Ive been here a couple of times and the same days and yesterday was the worst day ever with service

Food was great. The waiter was attentive. My nephew is 16 yrs old and has a vision impairment. He needed a menu with large print. The waiter had his manager bring the the IPad so that my nephew can enlarge the online menu. Since the IPad was in use the manager came over and read the menu for him. That was an awesome thing to do.

One of the worst experiences Ive had here. The food was ok. Service pretty much sucked. Sat for 5 min before anyone introduced themselves. When the waitress came out she seemed friendly but no idea her name. Waited over 20 min for drinks. Talked to a manager about the wait. Service got worse. So done with this place.

this is a review for the red robin, it wouldnt let me change the location but it seems its the same? anyways, good service in the bar. quick with drinks and refills on fries. we had the mac n cheese burger and also the fish and chips order. both items were hot and tasted good.

The service isnt bad, greeted at the door. I was ordering to go, didnt like the way the menu was thrown on the bar at me, but the other lady was very nice. Anyway i come here for the food. Good as usual, wish they added more fries on takeout orders. I will still eat here.

This is the best red ribbon restaurant by far .they arent greedy with there fries when they say bottomless fries they mean it the big ghost burger perfect to perfection the waitress was nice courteous always check up on us see if we need anything.the food was delish..

Brought my wife here for her birthday today. Services and wait time sucked when the place was half empty. Food was also cold, forgot my sons food, and got my brother in laws food wrong. Wont be back anytime soon if ever.
