Ok is lunch time and I am looking for a place to eat I am sick and tire of eating at Cafe rio and Panda Express and I was in the mood for a decent Burger, I decided to stop by This place in the same Strip Mall. so I go in and realize this is a sit down burger place so I ask for a to go, I pick up off the menu the Bacon Burger $6 no fries or drink with it So I willingly accept ok and I ask the Girl for fries and drink at a extra cost the total come to $10 plus some change I waited for bout 3 minutes and in a bag with black box behold the Bacon Burger very well I star Heading out and while I was driving back to work no fries no napkins or lettuce so I was thinking to my self did I just got ripoff or what after some consideration I decided to call the place google in my Phone and find the number call in Mr Mike answers and I Proceed to explaint what the problem was he was quick to Suggest me driving back to The Burger Place but I told him I was not going to drive back just for some fries So he ask me How can we make it up to you I simply didnot answer he follow by saying I will take you name down nex time you come we will give you a free Burger fries and drink on the house I replay Sure Why not sounds good thaks. Few minutes later he call me and say well I just check the transaction and it looks like you order just the burger and the drink and that is why the total was $10.50 no fries order in this ticket and so I say I was sure I order some but he onece again say that was only the burger and the drink sure I reply here not problem he follow by saying next time the fries are on the house. ok he offer me a free burger ,fries and drink. didnt he just promise me a freebe and then he just take it away just like that Man I WAS RIPOFF TWICE YESSSS! He has my name and number maybe he will call me back or maybe not

I ate at this eating establishment last Wednesday July 5th 2017 I had a mushroom and Swiss burger with cheese fries and a glass of ice water. From the condiments bar I had a tomato, a Browning piece of lettuce and 2 tablespoons of their fry sauce/thousand island dressing looking substance (that just didnt register right with me when it hit my mouth but I didnt think twice of it at the time) As I was getting in bed Wednesday evening my lower right part of my abdomen area started hurting with a sharp pain. I tried to lay in bed for about 30 minutes with the pain but it was not subsiding. My mouth started to get wet and my insides started to burn. The lifespan of the carpet going from my bedroom to the bathroom had decreased emensley. I went through three quarters of a roll of toilet paper from 11pm- 3am. Fast forward 84 painful bed-ridden hours later to Sunday morning. I am finally able to lift myself out of bed without sharp inner-intestinal pain! 84 hours of not being able to hold anything down besides Gatorade, toasted white bread, water and rice. If you are lucky enough to be a patron on a night they are making their fry sauce in the front lobby with non-gloved and non-hairnetted employees with 10 gallon buckets you can imagine how a food-bourne illness can stem from such an establishment. I will not risk my valuable time or my hard earned toilet paper roll money (I went through three and a half in those 84 hours for the record) to eat at this establishment again and I would strongly advise you to do the same.

I am a VERY frequent customer, I have never felt that the service was good but the food is good so I keep going back. The "servers" they have working might be the most worthless employees ever, they are never helpful and barely do their jobs. Even when I eat at the restaraunt I always question what I should tip them for, because more often than not I have to refill my own drink (which is basically all they do for you). Today when I went in I was on crutches due to a recent surgery. First, it seems that they forgot to turn in my order because I had to wait a very long time while I was there. Second, I was hobbling my way over to the condiments bar when a "server" cut it front of me to get to the soda fountain which made it difficult for me to get around her on my crutches. She didnt even apologize or acknowledge my existence. Third, after I had filled my to go box with condiments it became obvious that I was going to have a hard time carrying the box and use my crutches. Several "servers" saw me struggling but NONE offered any help, at all. Lastly, when I was leaving I was having a hard time getting the door open and not one "server" came over to help even though the door was hitting me and I was wedged in between it. One girl "server" was right near me and didnt even try to help me while I was battling the door. I usually dont complain, and I expect the service here to be horrendous, but today showed me that these "servers" dont even deserve their jobs. I left them a dollar tip on an $8 to go order, it was clearly too much.

This is a bad review and why: My fiance and I came at the perfect time when there were only two other customers in the restaurant. We were seated almost right away and the taking of our order was pretty quick. Our root beer float came fast but the food seemed to have taken forever, 30 minutes went by, and we needed to get back to work, and the waitress didnt inform us what was happening. We look around and all of the employees are punk kids sitting on their phones chatting it up while the manager is on the register (side note: why was she on the register so long not helping anyone?). I walk up to our waitress and she tells us they had a printer error and the order just then got sent to the chef - who was on his phone as well. Why she didnt care to inform us before leading me to come to her, I dont know. We were not checked on, we were not cared for. We get the food to go, kindly the waitress takes off the root beer float from our check and leads us to the front to pay. The manager just stands there without eye contact or apology. We were fully charged for a half decent but creative food; food that we could not eat because were 15 minutes late back to work. Later I call to complain, and the manager did not seem to care, didnt offer to refund or give a discount on the next visit but just says sorry and thank you. Positives: the place looks sweet and they have the best root beer floats.

The food was great but the style/setup of the restaurant is kind of annoying. They are basically just a fast casual burger joint but your table is waited on and so you are expected to pay a tip. However, you have to put the toppings on your burger yourself (their is a toppings bar off to the side) so your basically doing more work than you would at a regular fast casual style restaurant that doesnt ask for tip. Also, cheese is never included/youre charged extra for it to be on your burger. The last time we went (also the first time we went) they didnt tell me about the cheese thing and I thought it was included because our waitress said "what kind of cheese do you want on your burger," implying that it already came on my burger. She didnt ask if I wanted cheese, she asked what kind I wanted. So that was frustrating and bad service I say. Yeah, that may sound cheap but every penny counts for some people (like me).
