This is one of the largest cafes that I know of. We like it mostly because of the space. Plenty of seating inside and on the patio. The breakfast sandwiches are above average, and the cold brew is passable. Definitely better than Starbucks, if that means anything to you. The pastries are good, but a little expensive. The last time I visited, I had received an email from their rewards program for a free drink because I had not visited in a very long time. I ordered a sandwich and mentioned the email. After I scanned my rewards, it popped up and said I was eligible for a free drink. The barista immediately closed that window and pointed out that I did not have visits for a free drink. I insisted that she just (intentionally) closed the notification which explained that I was correct. She insisted I did not have enough visits. I repeated that the drink was not for the number of visits, but rather a way to get me to come in and buy that sandwich. Feeling bad for having to fight for the drink, I added a brownie to the order and tipped in hopes that I want coming off as a freeloader. With much contention, I ultimately received the free beverage, along with paying for two additional items; a sandwich and the brownie. The sandwich was missing two ingredients, but I used up all of my back-bone insisting on that drink... So I ate it as is. Im not sure what motivation a barista has to deceive in that way- after all, it doesnt affect her paycheck. I can only assume that she was told to do that by management.

At one point this coffee place use to be good, but when I went recently I had the barista Fd up my order when I solely asked for a specific coffee. I did not get a refund and was just told "Go get bent" basically with the most snobby tone. I just smiled, left a tip, and said to myself, "be the better person" while silently going to sit down to do work on my laptop. I just left that coffee spot after being there for an hour to head over to another.

Place is a nice space for study or community. Good third place...but nothing outstanding in the way of coffee. However, what truly holds this place back is the manager. Consistently rude and brusque even when I attempt to befriend or treat him nicely. Whatever, you should perhaps think about all the options your patrons have living here in Scottsdale before treating them with such measured indifference.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. Plenty of space inside and out, great drinks, friendly staff, comfy seats, and I would occasionally see people playing board games here. Another big plus is that its open till late. I havent tried their food yet but there are plenty of options.

I like to find alternatives to Starbucks/Coffee Bean. The employee who help me was cordial but not friendly. The place is big for a coffee place. The coffee prices parallel that of Starbucks and unfortunately so does the coffee. No taste difference if you ask me.

Good coffee shop with good selection and a varieties of munchies. The place has plenty of seating, both individual chairs, couches, and group tables (unlike the *bucks these days). So its nice to come sit down and relax. When Im in the area, I swing by here.

Stopped in here before an early movie at Harkins, the sign out front said you can take their drinks into the theatre. Awesome! I tried the shaken espresso, it was delicious and the drink was ready quickly. Great service and great coffee!

Its good. Feels a bit like a strip mall coffee shop, but at least you can sit down, enjoy your coffee in nice surroundings and use their Wifi and do some work if you need to.
