Wonderful little shop. Heard three different languages while I sat and read my book. Definitely order the ful. I also had the iced tea, unsweetened, with a custom African spice blend - no need for sugar when the proprietor pays such obvious attention to the finer details of brewing tea. The coffee service, however, was the standout. Served with a smile, a brief explanation and a small plate of dates, this is quite possibly the best way to enjoy a pot of coffee with a friend. All for a very reasonable price in a quiet, unassuming, cafe. Want the real deal without the surly tattooed pretension so common to Phoenix cafe service? Go here.

A.T. Oasis is the most international place in town! It has incredible Coffee! The owner orders it directly from the birthplace of Coffee from the South Central Highlands of Ethiopia. She has personally inspected the Coffee Plantations she buys from, & she knows the people who work there. She imports green coffee beans and roasts them herself. Most amazing is the traditional Ethiopian & Eritrean Coffee Ceremony that comes wth your own brazier of wafting Frankincense & Myhrr! Its like stepping back into the old world with all of its flavors & scents! Great food. Great service! Check it out!

Customers are like family. I love sitting here. Everything from their smooth Sidamo to the bold Yirgacheffe is amazing. The Chai is a custom blend of tea and spices that the owner puts together, and let me tell you that hot or uced, its amazing. Need a pick me up on a hot afternoon? Have a "dirty chai" - A Ts iced chai with a shot of espresso. Smooth and comforting, but with the strength to get you through your day. Go and make a new new friend; come back and visit with old ones. Make A T into YOUR oasis in east Phoenix!

Small but perfect! you open the door and its a bit warm but smells amazing. A sweet mix of coffee and tea. I walked up to the counter and a lady with the nicest smile takes your order and turns out to be the owner! Knowledgeable and quick talking. The tea selection is small but obviously picked carefully from all over. Their tea and coffees are organic and reasonable prices!! I dont feel taken advantage of and I enjoy sitting in this clean little shop. Hope she opens a shop on my side of town!

I dont like leaving these kind of reviews, but the ambience here is awful. The owners and family or friends are excessively loud, I mean really loud. I couldnt concentrate with one of the guys practically yelling on his phone and then there was a loud financial neeting and then the entire place filled up with owners family/friends and that was it for me. The tea is also WAY over priced. This loyal customer values businesses rhat create a win-win for more than just themselves.

I miss this coffee shop since moving away. My wife and I frequented A T Oasis when our son was away with high grandparents. With amazing lentil filled samosas and great priced coffee this shop is second to none. The family that runs the place makes their own incense that they provide with the purchase of the traditional coffee experience. Served in traditional Ethiopian clay-ware and filtered through thatch batting, this experience is unique and very relaxing.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our roadtrip from NC to CA in September. I still cant get this coffee out of my head! It was so delicious and strong. We got the tray of Ethiopian traditional coffee and there was a whole special ceremony for it. I had never felt so special drinking coffee. The owners are so incredibly sweet. We felt right at home and wish it were in our current neighborhood. Keep up the amazing work!

Excellent and true coffee shop straight from Ethiopia, the birth place of the coffee plant, and one of the most highly regarded coffee been tastes. The coffee is very good, they have almong milk and coldbrew with added ginger, a surprisingly nice flavor to me. Very friendly staff, gave me a free drink with purchase of pound.

Excellent customer service!!! My husband and I love to go n eat (full Madamammas) which is fava beans with tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and feta cheese with pita bread. We also love the exotic teas and organic coffee they serve. Aisha the owner goes above and beyond for her customers. It really shows that she enjoys people.

I visited this shop today and loved it! The Ethiopian woman who owns it is very friendly, and the service was great! I had a delicious "gingered coffee" and an african bean dip dish called "foul" with pita. They have free wifi and Im definitely coming back again! They sell whole bean coffees and tea as well.

Unfortunately, I was on a quick break and could only stop in for a few minutes but the gentleman who attended me was so friendly and kind! I ordered the iced caramel latte and it was seriously delicious. I will definitely come back so I can sit in and enjoy the atmosphere and some Ethiopian goodies :)

A.T. Oasis is truly an oasis in the desert. Try an Americano or the AT Chai Tea! A great hotspot for internet users and readers alike. While youre here, check out their African goods and order a sambusa to go! Highly Recommended.

Super cute coffee shop and great service! I had a ceremonial matcha and it was great! The only regret is their treats looked very tempting but they didnt have any gluten free options.
