I absolutely could not wait to get home and write this review... heres why! This place sucks more than any wing restaurant Ive ever visited. Now normally i would talk to my waiter or the manager before doing what I did, which was to walk out without eating or paying for the food. Wanna know why... well heres a few good reasons.... 1.) Asked for a 10 wing combo only be told they only serve 9. Really, are you so fricken worried about profits that you cut the basket to 9 wings? 2.) See the attached photo of the "wing" that was served. This and more than half of the wings in the basket looked like this. This is not a chicken wing or leg. This sorry excuse of an anorexic over fried chicken is not what I would pay for... period.. not even 10 of them much less 9! 3.) Uh, check out your competitors. They serve 10 meaty wings! 4.) Not unique to BWW (Bogus Worthless Wings), but this place needs to figure out if its a nightclub or a restaurant. Seriously, when the music is so loud you cant hear the waiter, let alone your friends, whats the point of dining in. Its not like it was Super Bowl Sunday! You guys seriously need to figure out what the hell is wrong. In the meantime, everyone reading this review do yourselves a favor and go right across the parking lot to Canes and get some REAL FAT JUICY chicken at HALF the price. Oh and the folks taking your order can actually hear you. I had $45 worth of gift cards that I intended to use during the visit. I ended up giving them to a homeless guy on the street on my way home.

I am a regular! My boyfriend and I come to BWW AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK! We LOVE IT! However this is my 3rd CONFLICT with a server Amoora I believe it is. In the past she has given me serious attitude, does not go over the menu, or list ANY specials, she does not fill up or water, we walk up to the soda machine and ASK for water. PATHETIC! We received a discount the last time we had her but this time is completely unreal! How in the right mind do you come up to a customer and ask why I didnt tip you enough?!?! We came to watch the NBA Finals. There were 7 of us, we all ate around 6 and and didnt leave until 9pm. Someone from our party left without paying which tends to happen sometimes when you stay for a long period of time. I had contacted my friend and she was on her way back before we even got our tabs! Amoora came up to us, talking with her hand on her hip being rude as can be telling us we cant leave until they come back. Which is totally understandable for her to say IF WE WERE READY TO LEAVE! WE WERE STILL SITTING AND TALKING AND HAVE NOT PAID OURSELVES! I didnt say anything after her being rude. But for a waitress to come up to a guest and ask for a good tip?!?!? I could NOT BELIEVE THIS! I have never had a problem with anyone else! She is just not fit compared to the rest of the amazing workers there. SO DISAPPOINTED!!

First off I want to start with the fact that this place is ran by a horrible, rude, and inconsiderate manager. My boyfriend and I went in for dinner Friday night around 7:30 and it was fairly busy. As being someone who has a very aggressive gluten allergy, Im not able to consume anything on their menu so I brought food that I made at home in a grocery bag. I was very hungry and had waited a while to eat, we waited over an hour to be seated, and shortly after sitting down I opened my bag of food to start eating. Not one server had came to our table but minutes after being seated the manager Jeff came to our table and we were asked to leave, after explaining my allergy he demanded that we exit the restaurant. So I gladly jumped up and told him that I hope his big head was worth not getting my money. Would never recommend this restaurant, terrible service, and an even worse manager.

Food is always good and that keeps us coming back. Our server, Nate, however left much to be desired. He misheard me when ordering my drink, which was an honest mistake, and when he came back with the wrong one and I informed him of the issue he gave a blank stare and said "so you dont want it?" when I said no he left without asking what I wanted to drink or taking our food orders. 15 minutes of him walking to tables next to us before he came back. The GM actually brought us our food and was far more personable. I dont need a close, personal interaction with a server, but service is a requirement. If hed seemed rushed I wouldnt have thought twice about the service but things were pretty lax. Good food, and usually good service too. Glad the GM was there to save the day

Like everyone else said the service is terrible. I have been to this location twice. First time was after some big game just ended. They were out of boneless wings, napkins, a couple sauces, straws etc. How are you not prepared for a big crowd? The second time was on the weekend and it was busy, it took a long time just to get the waitress over to order our food, then even longer for it to get brought out. And then, no forks? WTF!!! I dont understand how a restaurant can not be prepared for a crowded night. Wings are good, but its not worth it for the horrible service.

You guys received three stars from me because generally youbare good about keepeing patrons following the rule youve made about having atleast 75% of your party with you when you get a table. Today you have 5 tables with lees than half of the people at these tables. Youre servers could have made more money, youre establishment could have made more money even though you guys made more money than you needed. You guys are great but have lost someone eho always vlbiastes about youre service and your guys fughts that you regular host and I a regular patron.

Went here 2/4/15 and ordered to go. The food took a long time to make and by the time we drove home (4 minutes) it was cold. The wings were the medium flavor. They were lukewarm temperatures and smelled like goldfish and slightly tagged like goldfish too. (which is really odd) The burger was even worse with the meat being slightly cold, the bun being dry, and the fact all the sauce that was supposed to be on the burgers was mixed in the fries. The fries were cold BTW. Not worth our time. We will go somewhere else next time.

Dont get me wrong this place does have good food but service from bar tender AND managers suck. Mainly the night shift. I do go regularly with family and friends and the morning/day servers and managers are wonderful. Dont go at night. Went in to enjoy a drink at the bar and ordered to go. My order came out cold. When I attempted to ask if my order was ready I got ignored. Never again will I sit at the bar when that bar tender works or will I even order ANYTHING if the manager and bar tender are working. Dont go at night!!
