We ordered a take out order of wings to take to a football party. The online ordering was easy which is why I was able to give them one star. When we arrived at the pick up time our wings werent ready. The girl said it would be a few minutes. No problem except that it was 30 minutes later and we were now late for our party. Still things happen so no big deal. What was disappointing was the fact that they gave us the wrong wings. When I called and asked them to please remake the order, the girl on the phone told me they couldnt do that. No apology, no we will fix it, nothing. I offered to bring the receipt and boxes back to show her the mix up and she kept telling me it was my fault and that I either could not read or picked up the wrong order. Since the girl handed me my order and I was the only one at the counter, that wasnt it. Also the receipt and the boxes did not match. The girl on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I worked in food service and never did I treat a customer like this. Unfortunately we will not be back. The wings were not that good anyway. So sad because it looked like a good place to go.

A pretty good Buffalo Wild Wings location. They have the baseball package which is great to see multiple games at once. They have two huge screens over the bar. I usually get the Rangers game on one of them. The bar staff is great, especially Bryan. He does a great job making sure my order is always right and I never go long without a beer. Food is as good as any other Buffalo Wild Wings. Lots of sauces to choice from and you can get boneless or traditional. Best time to go is Tuesdays for traditional and Thursdays for boneless. You can get a minimum of 4 wings and they are discounted. I think they are $.60 each. During happy hour you can also get discounted appetizers like chips and queso. I knocked a star off because they dont show the UFC fights like other Buffalo Wild Wings. I have to drive to Scottsdale, while this location is minutes from my house. Besides that, this is my go to place during the week for happy hour. Good service, lots of TVs for sports, good happy hour and discounts, and in a good location.

The service and food was pretty good. Alexia was our server and she was really nice and caring. We went there for the first time and decided to try their 15 minutes lunch menu. As our time was about to expire, Nelson the shift manager came up to us and told us that the promotion does not apply to us because we had 4 orders. He said the promotion only applies for tables with 6 orders or more. He blamed it on the server because she offered us the promotion at the beginning. We looked at their online rules and there was no where that stated such detail. Anyways he didnt do anything for us and I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes for our food.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and it was awful. I cant comment on the food or drinks because after a 25 minute wait on the patio, we never got served. Nobody even took our drink order. Other tables around us had drinks. Another table got seated right next to us and someone came right out to take their drink order. It sounded like they might have been regulars, but still...really?! So my husband picked up our menus, and let a hostess know how long we waited and that we were leaving. She was apologetic. I can appreciate that. I cant appreciate never being acknowledged by whoever our waiter was. Happy anniversary.

Never order online. This place was late by 10 minutes. Online order system doesnt work. The employee helping me did not apologize for the order being late and when I said that the order was late and call the manager, she started making a excuses that they made traditional wings by mistake. More over manager asked me to calm down and also apologized but he also made an excuse that wings were not fresh and he wanted to make fresh for me which was totally different excuse then what the other employee told me. Not sure who I should believe. Customer service is not good at this location.

L**ryn was a poor waitress. She slammed a drink in front of me that wasnt even mine. The water was so spicy and it didnt help that the quesadillas were also spicy. We werent offered a dessert menu, we were also sat apart from everyone else. She had the audacity to ask if we were paying seperate, even though it was evident that we were. She was being very sexist against four women, even though she was one. It was all worth it though watching her walk away with our dirty dishes. She was actually pretty okay I guess, maybe slightly below average. But still okay.

BRITTANY.... Our "waitress"... HORRIBLE! Deserves no stars,,, & a wave goodbye from management after explaining to her that waitressing involves asking Everyone at the table if they would like their beers and water refilled,,, or any food to begin with, especially after sitting at the table for 3 hours. Needless to say, if your establishment claims to give a military discount, & I specifically ask that & then give you my military ID it should be present on the bill... Not from BRITTANY... Did I mention she was HORRIBLE? BRITTANY=HORRIBLE!!

i generally always have a good experience here, however the last time i was in the front host Maria was extremely rude. i had a party of two and it was just too much of an inconvenience to her. she sat three tables before us. all parties bigger then 5. the whole time she would just stare at us giving dirty looks. i came to enjoy my meal instead i got treated as i was in high school. very unprofessional

Horrible B Dubs location. I always find hair in my food. This did not happen once or twice, it happens all the time. I order to go most of the time. They get my order wrong, they forget to put the extra sauces I order and pay for, they also have given my order to the wrong person plenty of times. I personally wont recommend this location, given that its not clean, and the employees are very careless.

Place was busy, football sun. Watched tables sit empty for > 15 mins. Hostess was not proactive enough on taking down names of people waiting. wait area was super small, no seats. Waitress was fast, courteous and attentive. Food was so so, had the burger. Fries were on the wrong side of crispy. For the price, expected more.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Humiliated by staff who refused to seat me because of my service dog. As I exited the staff made jokes about my prostatic legs, and laughed at me. I called to speak with manager and the person who was put on the phone said the restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

I love this B-dubs, we go every Friday and have our usual server Nikki, she is the best! she greets us with our beers when she first walks up to the table, she knows our order, and never lets out beer get empty until we say were done. great service, the food is always exactly what we want as well as hot and fresh.
