We went to this location after a long day of working on our car expecting to get our delicious biscuits and chicken. We had called ahead to make sure they were open as it was about 9:30 P.M. and wanted to be sure that we could get there before they closed. On the phone, we were told that they closed at 11:00 P.M. We arrived at 9:58 P.M. and were surprised when we tried to open the door; it was closed. There were people still eating inside the lobby and the restaurant appeared to be open but the doors were locked. On the door, the hours read as follows: "open daily 10AM-11PM." I walked around the restaurant to the other door to see if it was open, but it too was closed. Now frustrated, I walked to the drive through window and knocked on it until someone came and opened it. I questioned the manager as to why the doors were closed if they were still open until 11 PM. He told me that their lobby closes at 10 PM and their drive through was open until 11 PM. I asked him why their hours on the window say they are open until 11 PM if they close at 10 PM. He did not have an answer. I also made him aware that even if the lobby closed at 10 PM, we arrived at 9:58 PM and that there were still people eating inside. He then stated that they had closed the doors 10 minutes early because they wanted to start cleaning. He refused to open the doors for us. I worked at a restaurant for 6 years and not once did we close the doors 10 minutes early because we wanted to, nor did we post hours that were inaccurate on our business window. What kind of business practice does this location use? Whatever they want apparently

Ive gone to this location twice. Both times they messed up on my order. Resulting in me getting my meal replaced. I went at 9:30 at night. The doors are locked by it says on the door they are open. I watched 3 cars pull off mad. A worker came out and I asked what time they closed he says 10pm the doors get locked and the drive thru is open until 11pm. I asked the worker why the door was locked, he said he didnt know. I asked if he could go find out for me, he tells me hes off and has to get home. I go to the back door and ring the bell the manager comes out I ask the same question, she tells me the door locks at 9:30pm drive thru open till 11pm. I tell her she has some angry customers out here and 3 cars drove off. She acted like she didnt care. When I noticed my order was wrong I immediately tried calling. I called 20 times before getting an answer. I love popeyes but this location needs better management. Good luck at this location.

I really like the food, its delicious! However, everytime I go to the drive thru, I have always gotten the wrong order, I dont come here ofern than I use to because of having incorrect orders given to me and after awhile it has been really irritating! I have worked in fast food as well so I understand the drill when a guest doesnt get the food they wanted and have to come back or whatever but please if the drivr thru issue is constant and the GM of the restaurant isnt doing anything it seems like they dont care about their customers concerns being brought to them.. Also another thing is that if they have certain specials that is being advertised on their restaurant wall or something you do not tell your customers that they cant get that specific item because "were not making more, we have to last it until we close" & I had ordered this specific item at 20:00.. thats not right.

Great food but its so hard to get what you ordered here. The first time we came we ordered a po boy. On the menu it says pickle, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. When we got it it was chicken and lettuce. Nothing else. Now were here I ordered 6 tenders. 3 blackened 3 mild. I got 6 mild bone in chicken! So I corrected them and they went back and ordered 6 mild tenders. So I had to correct them once again. Then they forgot the sauce. Insane how hard it is to order here! I went to get my money back because a bone in chicken 3 piece is 7.99 and renders are 7.49. So I got charged a dollar extra for two meals. When I asked for my dollar back the manager argued saying they both cost the same. Then when the employee explained more the manager yelled well Im busy doing this so shes just going to have to wait! So unprofessional. Ill never come back to this location again.

The employees try very hard to make customers happy but theres something wrong with a decision maker involved with this location. Ive come here 3 times and each time I had to wait at least 15 minutes for my food (really simple orders with 1 to 2 meals) and was late back from my lunch break on 1 of those occasions (that day all I ordered were 3 mild tenders - no meal or customizations). Theyre always out of something and you can see the stress in their eyes as they go through the same genuine apologies to each customer. I think the regular staff are great (I dont know too many people in customer service who can care to the extent that these employees do) but someone is making bad decisions and many people are suffering the consequences. For the time being, Ill go elsewhere and might try again in a few months.

The food is usually just as you expect it to be, good and tasty. The downside is the staff. Each and every time I go here, its like Im an inconvenience. Its also very hard for them to take orders, put them into the POS system, and allow them to queue. NO instead they make you wait until the ONLY vehicle at the window is given their food before they have you order. This not only makes the order time longer, but creates a pretty big line. If you do go here, make sure you check your order before you leave the drive thru. I havent personally been inside to order, but can imagine they do miss things. I wouldnt mention this, if each and every time Ive been here, there always something missing.

First off I loved Popeyes before I ate at the ones in utah. This one is one of the newest ones and after being here 5 times thinking the outcome would change, I was wrong again. The chicken here is dry and every time I have gone thru the drive thru, they have either gotten my order wrong or gave me someone elses order completely. I have had jerky that has been more tender and moist. Save your time and go to Zaxbys down the street. You probably will save money and have better food and experience. I think the Maverik gas station next door has better chicken and you can fuel up and get food in less time than it would take to just go thru their drive thru.

We placed our order @ 7:48pm, and at 8:06pm when we asked how much longer, we were finally told another 6 minutes. When the chicken was finally done cooking, they were out of macaroni and cheese. After the macaroni was done, the cook stuck his hands down his pants to fix his underwear, and went right back to cooking more food. We didnt recieve our order until 8:17pm. Our chicken and cajun fries were cold by this time, the macaroni was undercooked, and the cheese sauce was watery! I have never had such poor service and ended up throwing most of the food away and going to KFC to get food for my family! I will never eat at Popeyes again!
