I will say first thing that I love Subway. I just do not like going to this one. What is a turn off for me at this store is the manager or potentially the owner. Every time that I go in she is there; She is rude to her employees and to the customers. She micro-manages to the point that as I watched her employees making sandwiches. They were afraid to do things in fear of being scolded by the boss. Nothing they did was right, fast enough, good enough and or the right thing. I want to tell (the two gals working this afternoon) them as I was leaving that she would probably be nicer to them as the walked out the door. They could easily get a job with a nicer person for a boss. Someone who wants to work with them and teach them, not rule over them. Watching someone belittle another person just feet behind the glass is not a good experience. Once again - I love Subway - unfortunately this store leaves a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). Every-time that I have gone I have made a promise to myself that I would not go back. This time its for real. We arent going back. Sorry guys but I am driving the extra 1.5 miles to the store on Power and Baseline. Sincerely, The guy who isnt coming back. PS. To the two teenage gals that were making my sandwiches today - thanks again... you dont need the abuse.

I worked at Subway for 9 months and it was the worst experience of my life. My boss was horrible to me and everyone who worked there Maryam is her name she disrespected us and bullied us in front of the customers I swear I thought she was going to hit me a couple times she would scream in my face and get all close to me. Chris is the other boss he was just a bad as her he was a bully and rude. I was hated working there. The food is not fresh by the way I remember they told me to just cut off the mold and still feed it to the customers, that made me sick just knowing they do that.

Worst experience I have ever had with Subway or any restaurant for that matter. They over cooked my subs to a burnt crisp and when I called to see if they would remake it for me, they said "yea sure just come on in!". I get there and they proceeded to tell me that they would not remake my food and then gave me the wrong number to the manager. I then asked for the corporate number and she told me oh they actually hide that number from us. Girl had the worst attitude the whole time too, like I did something wrong. I will still eat subway, but never at this one again.

I have to say honestly by far one of my favorite location. This place is great and friendly. I go out of my way to come to this subway. It is not as busy during lunch like the other ones and they are super fast. They offer $5 lunch deals everyday. The staff and manager are super nice clean and friendly, fast and quality of food is super. They always talk to customers, and know them by name and their order. Lol Love it. I think this store is the corporate training store for mesa. That is a positive.

Let me tell you, I went to the store the customer service was BEYOND AMAZING! the ladies working were friendly, happy, and attentive. I come here every week and the food is outstanding, the lines always short, and the prices are reasonable for the food. my family and I are customers for life, and I wont choose any other location!

Probably one of my favorite subways to go to in the area. The store is very clean and the bread I get is always soft and fresh. Ive met both the managers and they are very sweet and genuine individuals that I can tell care a lot about their customers and their store.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go. The store is always SUPER clean and the employees are very friendly and nice. I dont even have to read the menu to look for the price of the sub I want; they just tell me. Very helpful. Sandwiches are always fresh.

One of my favorite subway in Mesa. Close to my home. The service and food are alwways good. Their prices are below other sandwich shops. Great friendly staff from mangers to employees. Very polite and helpful.

Moved to Morrison community last year. So far, been in this shop for 3-4 times a week. Consistently good service and food. The workers are polite and fast and helpful. Best one in my opinion.

The creepiest Subway I have ever been in! Most cheeses & vegetables looked old. Based off of appearances I knew what to avoid on my sandwhich and it did turn out good.
