There were young people, about high school aged, manning the entire front. I arrived at about 9:40 pm, which is twenty minutes before closing and it was clear through their attitudes that the only thing they cared about was leaving for the night. They acted as if my order was a burden on them and even went as far as yelling everyone out of the lobby in 4 minutes and then cheering about how they were closing. The only good thing I can say about this place is about the poor manager who deals with these lacking employees. He was the only actual adult employee onsite and he showed great remorse for their behavior and even followed up with an apology to us for our experience.

Went in this night really wanting a Reeses flavored blizzard. The associate was very friendly taking my order but when I got to the window the staff had several blizzards lined up on the counter. I didnt think anything of it until I finally tried mine to find that i had been given a banana blizzard instead. I cant eat bananas without getting extremely ill so my blizzard will now go in the trash. I understand the staff is made up of high school kids but they should be able to keep orders separate. Especially since people have allergies or like me a banana intolerance.

Came in needing the rest room. Had a sign that said for customers only? Was not sure what was going to happen because I was not about to pay for something to use the bathroom. I asked for the key and he polity gave it to me. I am very happy that it was not an issue. I buy my ice cream cakes from here and will continue to do so because of this nice experience. Thanks again guys

Reataurant is clean and the staff are friendly. Two very large pluses. The food also tasted great. I was a little surprised that an ice cream place lacks cherries. Also, they have changed their menu. I used to get the upgraded six dollar grill burger lunch. They no longer have that though. Instead it is a double cheeseburger which is a lot less food for the dollar.

Worst Dairy Queen in Arizona, Got our order wrong 3 times in a row, Too many young kids who are untrained and unsupervised. Get a clue DQ Owner, dairy Queen should be a no brainier and should be a huge money maker, nothing worse than a bunch of terrible employees to destroy your business. I will spend the extra ten minuets to drive to another location.

Pretty good. A little spacey when they get busy but most workers are young, so no biggie. You need a key now to use the restroom which makes it awkward to go get from the front while people are ordering. Your kid dont always say. Daddy i need to go potty so can you get the key from the girl up front when you order. This is gilbert... not the ghetto.

Its a DQ but I am a sucker for an Orange Julius or a Blizzard. I did hear that they no longer have a snickers blizzard so that makes me a sad panda. This specific spot is great and the kids that run the joint do a great job. Here is a suggestion. Order an Orange Julius float style. It is like an orange dreamcicle. YUM!

This is one of the best Dairy Queens Ive been to. The food was so fresh, and the store was super clean. The crew members seem pretty knowledgeable and were happy at their job. If youre looking for some great food and fast and friendly service this is the place to go to. Highly recommended thank you guys!!

Clean, fast, responsive. I come here regularly to buy blizzards for my co-workers. They pump them out fast, always get the order right, and write peoples names on top of each one. I couldnt ask for more.

Nice DQ. Kind of a throwback building which makes the ice cream somehow taste better. Nice big parking lot and clean facilities. Great destination for a bike ride.
