Hoy fui a comprar dos pasteles siempre he sido clienta de este lugar durante tres años pero hoy una chica de lentes tuvo una manera muy grosera de atenderme dijo que ya estaba cerrado y está bien pero lo que me molestó fue el tono en el que me habló hoy iba por dos pasteles pero mejor decidí ir a a otro lado aunque lo necesitaba con urgencia prefiero ir a otro lugar no vuelvo nunca más muy mal servicio y no es la primera vez que alguien me atiende de mala gana aquí viendo sus Reviews me doy cuenta que no soy la única si no Están dispuestos a tratar bien a el cliente mejor quiten su negocio ustedes viven de nuestro dinero

Daughter of owner extremely rude. She acted like she didnt speak English, so I had my wife speak with her in Spanish. The lady could not figure out how to run our credit card. She called back threatening to cancel our order. I proceeded to get on the phone to talk with her and all of a sudden she could speak perfect English. I asked her if she could repeat the card back to me and she said no my card is declined and its my fault not hers. So I went in there right away to talk with her(10min), but she left before I even got there. We confirmed with her dad she wrote a false security number down(she never even asked for this number). All this trouble and all she needed to do was be polite and confirm the credit card info. We have been ordering with these guys for years and never experienced the rudeness of the daughter. If she wants to make a career in the food service industry I suggest taking a class in hospitality. Good cakes poor service.

el pan dulce es riquisimo, los pasteles también pero la actitud del dueño es pésima, ya sea por teléfono o en persona, es muy déspota y pedante, en realidad que necesita tomar clases para saber lo que es servicio al cliente!!

Love this bakery! This is the only place I will eat cake from! Their tres leaches cakes are delicious! They have many cake filling choices to pick from and prices are reasonable. They also sell Mexican breads in store for about 30cents a piece. Customer service can be a hit or mess as Ive had good customer service and rude service as well. Four stars for the delicious cakes!

Been ordering cakes from this place for the past year and a half. Theyre so delicious. Id give them a 5 star but customer service is horrible. Every time i order a cake either by phone or in store whoever that dude that is in front, is so rude and always has an attitude. But good job to the lady that makes those 3 leches pasteles :)

They are the most rude people I have ever met. Walked in to get an estimate on a birthday cake and they were not friendly at all they wanted to charge me $80 for a cake I can basically make. When I asked questions they were very short with an attitude !! Will NOT EVER GO THERE
