BAD EXPERIENCE TURNED GOOD... BAD: My 1st time trying this place out, nice environment and super busy. I orderd my food without meat. Waited awhile for it to come out since they were super busy and when it finally did there was meat in the food. I told the girl working at the front counter and she rudely took my plate, did not apologize, gave me a bunch of attitude as if it was my fault they messed up my order and really ruined my experience. GOOD: I told the girl who originally took my order what happened and that I understand that mistakes can be made but there was no reason for her co-worker to give me attitude. She immediately started apologizing and handled the situation with amazing service. She insisted on giving me a refund and even brought her manager out to speak with me. The manager had excellent service and apologized multiple times for the mistake, gave me a full refund, packed my meal to go and gave me a free pastry. Although I did not want any of this, she insisted and asked me to give their business another chance in the future and told me she would address her employees rude behavior. They went above and beyond to fix the mistake and because of that I will be returning. Also the food is amazing.

Good food, terrible service EVERYTIME. I call during normal business hours, but nobody picks up the phone to take my order. When I arrived and asked why, I was just told nonchalantly that they were too busy. A time before this I was able to call in my order, but w hen I arrived they told me to go to the back of a very long line of walk ins and wait to pay for it, instead of allowing me to pay for my order that was sitting there and getting cold. Im simply beside myself with this otherwise brilliant café. Other places handle ORDERS (read: revenue) like the hardly-rocket-science it is: more help for peak hours, assign duties, and always see your service from the customers perspective.

Smoothie had no dairy, was more like a frappe with ice. The fruit was not...was flavored syrup. The service...apathic and careless: the guy at the register was stoic and had the same reaction to my comment "is our first time here" as a cold knob. The girl that brought the super sweet ice drink-aka smoothie- drop them at the table and walked away while I was asking her a question...this After we saw her lick her finger behind the counter. The French toast were very good, but the Blat sandwich was not. Maybe they are better at baking? But I wouldnt come back to find out.

LOVE this place!!! One of the best breakfast/lunch places my family has ever been to! Its clean and everyone is extremely nice and attentive. My favorites are the Mediterranean Omelet and the French Toast Platter. My kids favorites are the Bagel Sandwiches (comes with breakfast potatoes or fresh fruit) and the Waffles! Found out all their sandwich breads and pastries are baked there daily and they have one of the BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies youll ever try! They definitely deserve a 5 STAR rating!!

Such a special treat. The prices are that high but the proportions are huge. You could easily split a meal. I come once a week for breakfast and sit in the window area, eating slowly, savoring my breakfast and reading a good book. I am working my way from the top of their breakfast menu down and so far I have not been disappointed. Come on in, eat, share say hello.

Just tried this place for the first time, got the biscuits and gravy and they were delicious! Just a heads up though, they serve their bacon suuuper crispy (the best way) so if youre one of those weird floppy bacon lovers like my wife y should probably ask for it under done.

My family treats cinnamon rolls like a religion , Im not a big fan , but these are phenomenal! We buy loafs of their bread they make bc its incredible -- and they dont even sell it. Theyre awesome owners, and food. My father & I come here often .

I love this place for breakfast. Their coffee is good, and their food is on point. Try anything on the menu and it will be good. I especially like the fruit and granola breakfast.

Great place to have breakfast! I had their breakfast burrito with bacon and it was delicious! They are dog-friendly and you can sit outside in beautiful downtown Chandler.

Used to be In Pockets...which was awesome...but it might even be better now. Really really fresh food! I would recommend sitting on the front porch...its very relaxing!!
