This a such a cute coffee shop to hang out at and order coffee from. They have other options for breakfast such as oatmeal or if you feel like it, a nice yogurt parfait. They also offer an arrangement of teas and even some protein shakes. I would highly recommend this place. I come almost everyday for breakfast since I work at the cafe zupas right across the parking lot usually around 10. The place is usually pretty busy in the mornings but from my experience, I cant say the same about the afternoons. They have great customer service as well and the interior looks very modern and clean.

UPDATE: I changed my rating from 3 stars to 5, because Ive seen an improvement with the customer service since leaving my review. I really love this coffee shop. Not only because they make a great Americano, but because the owner went out of his way to chat with me about my initial review, and seems to care about the customer experience. Give this place a try! *** Delicious coffee, mediocre service. Employees there always seem to be in a bad mood. A smile and "thanks for coming in" would go a long way in building rapport with regulars like me.

I go to Coffee And Cocoa every year when I vacation in Salt Lake City. I really like the staff, theyre always very personable and they make me feel welcome. The coffee always tastes great and hits the spot. I especially like their Cold Brew; way better than Iced Coffee and tastes good as-is. Cant beat the location! The shop owners take time to get to know their customers, and they work side by side with their staff, which always impresses me.

I LOVE this place! I stumbled upon it by accident a few years ago (previously called Silver Bean Coffee). They continue to use the same delicious coffee from Silver Bean. The iced coffee is quite flavorful. The staff is excellent, friendly, and efficient. Whenever I stop by for a quick cup of coffee, I always end up staying for an extra 10 minutes just chatting with the staff because theyre so great!

You know an establishment is solid when the owner rolls up his sleeves and gets to work. Ive been coming here to for such a long time... back when it was Silverbean. Prices are fair. I appreciate that I can come and study here for hours on end and no one has asked me to leave to make room for other customers. The decor really gives off a SLC hometown vibe.

Have been here every day since staying in area for work trip. Besides Starbucks only place I know that can do a flat white. Plus they have a lot of yummy croissants and various breads, pumpkin my favorite. Highly recommend.

My favorite coffee shop. Friendly staff, great owners. They always make my latte just right. I have made some good friends there, but its also a place that I feel very comfortable when I am by myself. Great yogurt parfaits!

Ask for a butterbeer latte...you wont be disappointed. If an Americano is more your style, the beans they use are fantastic! Great customer service as well.
