Coldstone needs to keep the line moving faster. Im sure you have ways of improving your efficiency so that customers can order promptly and move along. When a family comes in, you can be sure that everyone wants their own dish. Dont be surprised when each one of us orders. Focus on your job, not stuff outside of work. When the store is busy, you have to keep up. This first person in my group was most of the way done eating their ice cream by the time the last person in my group was finally served. At least when we all finally got our stuff, it was yummy. Just remember: your ice cream is expensive, so it had better come with great, speedy service.

Walked out with no product after going in and seeing two employees Jiselle and Magdalena handling a snake that was brought in by a customer. The snake was being handled on their side of the counter. After waiting several minutes one reluctantly went to wash their hands when they decided to work again. I said forget it and walked out. One, I hate snakes. Two, those girls did not care about their job and were in no hurry to do it. I have reported the violation to the county health dept

I ordered a banana carmel, the girl thier didnt tell me tat went with nuts, it waz 2 late i took one scoop n relize instantly it had almonds n it, iam allergic 2 nuts, i felt it spit it out imediately had, a reaction jus a little, got home took my meds, iam ok, threw away the ice cream, the thing is she didnt ask if i wanted nuts on it,, pretty scary...the ice cream was proably good. But the worker,, needs 2 b more causious.

2 bad experiences here has left me not wanting to go back. Not so great customer service by 2 of the male employees. No greeting with smiles and I was rushed to order which was received both times sloppily with drips on my cup. Gave it a 3 because on the 2nd visit my daughter was being helped by 1 of the nicest female employees working that day and her order was presented to her just perfect with no drips.

Unfortunately, My Visit Was Minimal. The Prices Were Too Hot For The Pockets. Biasly Speaking, Cream Shouldnt Be That Expensive. They Make You Wait Like It Is So Busy...Then, Make You Feel Rushed. And, Doug Roscoe Jr., Ran The Business Into The Dungeons...Shattering The Customer Service Aptitude.

The ice cream is always delicious, but the service isnt that great at this location. I have found that the service at the McClintock & Broadway location is far superior to this one. We do have a fun time coming here, but the service isnt the best.

They noticed that we werent trying ice cream and asked if we were allergic to milk. My husband is (Galactosemic) and she cleaned the spoon she used for him. Very cool and never seen it before in a Cold Stone. Great Job!
