Im a regular at this bakery. There are some delicious staples, such as the fruit eclairs, chocolate eclairs, and caramel shortbread bars, but there is also always something new. Today I couldnt resist getting two items: a strawberry creme pattisiere tart and a lemon-infused blueberry cheesecake cupcake with a graham cracker bottom. Everytime I come, the sweet owner offers me a detailed description of the items Im interested in. Youll find many English and French components to their items, which I love. Definitely recommend this gem in Gilbert!

Just found this hidden gem of a bakery today! Was greeted by a very nice gentleman who gave us an overview of everything they had at the time we came in; bought a chocolate and berry eclair as well as a loaf of bread. The eclairs were amazing...I dont really fancy eclairs but the Great Gadsby Bakery converted me to a fan (of theirs, at least). Im excited to make french toast with my loaf of bread (which they recommended might be a good way to use it!). I will definitely be a regular!

What a delicious Bakery. The couple at the next table at dinner were talking about it, so I went and tried it for dessert. Very good. I talked with an owner, he was so nice. I even bought an Eclair to take home for breakfast, a true Eclair. Thank you. I plan on going back and taking friends.

Im very picky when it comes to sweets and All of the treats here are delicious! I cant get enough of them! The owner is very kind, knowledgeable and takes time to tell you what all the different items are. My only complaint is that theyre not open all the time!! Definitely worth the stop.

I had the pleasure of finding this bakery in downtown Gilbert. The owners are from England and so the pastries remind me of the delicious desserts I had when I travelled to Europe. It is melt in your mouth and the cream is not overly sweet. I highly recommend that you visit the bakery!!!

My coworker just brought us treats from this bakery. WOW. If I eat more than like 8g of sugar, I feel really sick, but she brought a little strawberry tart with a delicate chocolate filling. It was buttery and fresh and wonderful---and only just barely sweet. PERFECT for me. Thank you!

We discovered this little gem after having some of their delicious cupcakes at a birthday party. Immediately drove there on the way home and brought some goodies home. Never been a fan of cupcakes, yet these are amazing! The Peanut butter mouse and chocolate is my favorite!

My family and I love this place. We stopped in to try it out one day and weve been addicted ever since! Everything weve tried has been great; the lemon blueberry cheesecake cupcake, the European tart, Nutella rolls, cookies and cream cupcakes...like I said, were addicted.

We had a wedding cake made for my nephews wedding. It was amazing. Not only looked beautiful, and generous layers but the lemon cream filling (lemon was the brides request) was not too sweet and not too tart but absolutist scrumptious - a real hit with the guests.

Came here for the first time on Friday and was blown away! Our cupcakes were amazing and the service was above and beyond. The owner even changed the show on the television to zootopia for our kids. So impressed and will definitely be a frequent customer.

This is the place if you want true pastries, cupcakes, macaroons, cakes, and cinnamon rolls. Dont forget the best drink on the planet for this wonderful thing called a cake shake. They only have them on Friday after 6 for date night.
