I do not like Got Sushi. When I was in high school our waitress actually ran outside after me because she felt I didnt tip her well enough!!!! Horrrrrible customer service!!! I recently tried it again, due to sushi kee being closed. I, again, was not pleased with the service or the food! I am pregnant and needed water ASAP with the temp being 110 degrees outside and it took her about 10 minutes to bring me water. Let me tell you, I met up with my friends who had already been there waiting on their food and refills! I definitely wont go there again!! Even if the BEST sushi place, sushi kee is closed! Ill find somewhere else!!!

I go here maybe once a month for a great night out. I love sushi and they have a wide selection of rolls and all the traditional varieties nigiri. They also have regular dishes like salmon kama and miso soup, as well as chicken entrees if someone in your party isnt feeling adventurous. I usually sit at the sushi bar to enjoy food and drink with friends, but the teppanyaki tables are great if youre looking for entertainment. The staff is very friendly and nice. They recognize my family and I whenever were there. If youre a regular, you can even get your own set of chopsticks to use every time you come in!

My husband and I like to try a lot of different sushi places in the area. This was by far the worst place Ive ever been to, and Im a pretty optimistic person. They forgot about out appetizer, the cook for the tappan table was horrible, never once did he even smile and kept trying to watch the tv, I waited 10 minutes just to ask for a glass of ice water, and it wasnt even busy there tonight. The waitress was kurt and seemed disinterested. If your looking for good sushi go to Sushi Kee its the best place in town on Power & Main. Great food and amazing service all the time.

I really liked the vegetable tempura, it included vegetables usually not included in vegetable tempura like jalapeño and bell pepper and was cooked just right. Yellowtail sushi was on point, too. The rolls missed the mark, however, and the service left something to be desired. Ive had a few good experiences there in the past, but it has been a couple of years and Im not sure if it was just an off night. Its not nearly as good as my favorite spot but If I were to find myself in the area looking for sushi again i would give them another chance.

Ive visited Got Sushi 4-5 times now, and I love it. The sushi tastes great, and its affordable especially during happy hour. I noticed a sign on the door today that says happy hour is now starting at 11am. Happy hour on the weekends too. Fill up on awesome sushi, the Volcano is awesome, they have cheap sake and beer during happy hour as well. Its a friendly atmosphere, you can sit at the bar, or a table. I will be going here frequently. We ordered a total of 4 rolls, beer, sake, and iced tea tea, and pay less than $30

Best sushi in town! Best since I was in Japan! The teppanyaki tables are for kids and people who have never had sushi. Not a thrill for me. But the wait staff and sushi chefs are top notch. Reviews say the wait is slow, but good, fresh sushi always takes time. We always get prompt drinks and refills in the regular dining room. This is my familys favorite place to get together when everyone is in town. Great Happy Hour menu /prices from 11-5, so its a great lunch place, too!

We used to eat lunch there regularly because the staff was friendly and the sushi was good, but having to wait an hour for food is way too much at lunch. Weve started going to Zushi nearby for our sushi; its cheaper and we can always get in and out of there in under an hour. In the year we lunched at Got Sushi, we never got out of there in under 75 minutes. Its a shame they cant improve the speed of their service.

Ive known about this place your years. The people are great, the service is great. The Sushi is really good and the menu has a nice selection. I love going there because it feels like its their home and you are a guest in it. the employees are always happy to help and generally laughing with the customers. Its just a friendly place to go. Oh! try the green tea ice cream, its amazing.

I cant imagine how anyone would rate this place 5 stars. It was disgusting, even walking into the restaurant you get a weird smell. We should have walked out immediately but made the mistake of staying. Nasty, and not fresh at all, avocado was hard. Overall, I dont know how this place is still in business. Yet, we ended up paying $75 for disgusting food.

First: the waitress didnt take our drink order for almost 8 minutes (not busy) and she waited on a group that arrived after us. Second: the sushi wasnt all that great I would give it 5/10 Third: waited for over 10 minutes to get our check, once again paying attention to the group that arrived after us. I dont think we will be coming back.

If Im in the mood for good sushi, this is my place. The rolls here are fairly priced given the quality and quantity given, and the wait for me on a busy night was probably about 7 minutes. As a bonus, they give you piping hot miso soup for free while you wait for your good, and it aint bad. Solid 4/5 stars.

Got Sushi has very fresh, well prepared Sushi. The Teppan Chefs go out of their way to provide a delicious and entertaining meal. All the staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to provide suggestions and customize their Sushi to your palate. I highly recommend Got Sushi!

Best place for sushi in the valley! For all those who gave bad reviews about slow service, its a sushi place, you cant expect fast food service. Jack in the box is across the street. Get off your high horse and enjoy a different culture instead of being a bitchy customer.

Very unimpressive. The food was mediocre and the hostess/manager has dollar signs in her eyes. She kept on trying to up-sell us and the bill seemed higher than it should have been, but she didnt give us a break-down of what we bought. I wont be going back.

Weve come here more than a handful of times and keep hoping that the service at the regular tables will improve. The sushi is great but the waitresses are brusque, a bit rude and not very attentive ...as though we are bothering them.

walked in, salt down and walked right back out! dont get me wrong, they seem very nice, but their ceiling fans and blinds were dirty and disgusting. Im not sure how good their food is, but I cant eat in a filthy place like that!

I travel regularly and try sushi all over the world. This is the best sushi I have found. The service is excellent and the staff friendly. Try the super white tuna, the squid salad, and one of the many excellent rolls.

While the food is great here ...the serving staff is awful ...again. After coming a number of times to see if it improves ..I think its time to give up. Avoid this place unless you like rude waitresses.
