The food was mostly really good, but the service was very poor, even rude. First experience: To go order. Bartender took the order while managing the bar with live music in the background. They got the order incorrect and left out the utensils. I called to let them know of the mistakes and got a voicemail during business hours. I left a message. Nobody called back. The food was very good, however. Second experience: Called to place a to go order. Went round and round with the gal as she insisted they didnt have the item I was ordering even though it was on their Web site menu. Turns out the Web site is outdated. When I arrived, I let them know about the mistakes on the previous order. The server asked if I needed utensils as though it was an unusual request. She then said they were out of utensils but if I really needed them she could probably find some. Translation: she didnt want to bother looking for them. Another server brought us utensils. As I checked out, I asked if she heard what I said about the previous order being incorrect. She said she did hear me, but she wasnt working that day, had no control over what happened, and isnt a manager. I asked to speak to a manager. The owner came out and apologized and offered us free dessert. Third experience: Called to place a to go order. Got the same gal I had issues with previously. She said she would need to get another server to take the order. She then argued with a coworker over who was supposed to take to go orders and left me hanging on the line and never returned. I called and asked for the owner and he took my order. When I arrived, the catty server walked by and smarted off at me. I left the restaurant. The owner followed me out and asked what happened. I told him, but he did not apologize. He just walked away. My wife went in to get our order and received the same catty treatment from the server and gruffness from the owner who just asked her "What do you want me to do? We cancelled your order." We wont be going back.

Came here on a Saturday night dinner. It was our last night in Arizona and were looking for a good place to get base on reviews. Find good reviews on this place so I thought I would bring my family in. Food was excellent and unexpectedly good. Good amount of serving and price was decent. The ambiance was good IF you come in by yourself or as a couple but not the best for family on a Saturday night since they had a live band and it was really really loud. The hostess at front told us it was fine for young kids, I have a 3 and 4 year old and this place wasnt made for them. Since the super should live music was going on, we couldnt hear our kids trying to tell us something and my wife and I had to yell at each other to hear. Otherwise it was a good experience but dont lie to a family.

Save your money! This place much be only in operation because of its okay service, sometimes, because everything else is severely lacking. This place is called the Saddle bronc grill so you would associate that with steak and think everything grilled or a ton of selection on steaks. Dead wrong, you only get one type of the cheapest cut of steak. Steak was over cooked with lack luster taste, side salad was drowned in dressing, and soda was flat. I know there is not much of a selection in this area but Im sure Dennys down the road cooks a better steak and you do have to sit at a cheesy sell out table top. Not to mention if this place is busy they have no sort of wait area, just standing, sometimes waiting outside because the bad sing along entertainment is too loud.

Saddle bronc is called a grill but it is much nicer place than just that. The inside is upscale country. It has a full menu with chicken meat steak and some fish, a full bar with lots of different beers on tap. When we walked in the bartender I believe his name was Javier yelled hello happy people :).Had the broasted chicken and mashed potatoes and cornbread. The skin was crispy and the meat was very juicy. The corn bread was almost like eating dessert. Our waitress Lindsay did not seem like she was just doing her job but actually cared that we were there and that we were well taken care of. Thanks for a nice evening will be back.

I just moved into town, first restaurant I try is Saddle Bronc. My Burger was raw. I ate around the sides. I wasnt going to say anything but the server asked about it. Then he tried to tell me that that is what they call medium. Im a Chef, been cooking at Flemmings and the Wild Horse Pass. I think I know raw. I told him this and he continued to argue.

Roper burger ok. Apple salad had slimy lettuce but what urked me was I ordered a half salad, knowing I couldnt eat a whole, they delivered a whole salad said she didnt know why a half was on the menu. They then charged 10.99 for the whole salad instead of the $6 listed on the menu for a half salad. Wont go back there.

Western themed local bar. Its windows are high off the ground so there is an unobstructed View of the mountains which is really hard to find in Arizona which means youre not looking out on a parking lot or a fence . Sunday has a 3-piece broasted chicken special for $10.

wonderful atmosphere and service. Most of the food was great excluding the mac n cheese. it was very dry, and not creamy at all. Being vegetarians thats one thing we usually can rely on. It would be complete if your cook could improve on that dish. Thank you.

Best fish Tacos and ice cold beer with a awesome local attitude is the Saddle Bronc Grill. You dont need to be a Cowgirl to have fun with the owner Javier, who has personality plus and many fun bottle juggling tricks and down home kindness..
