I came to this store and asked for a sandwich. The owners daughter thru the bread on the cutting board without a sheet of paper underneath. I asked her and said "What happened to the paper underneath the bread?!" She then acted like she had forgotten and quickly slided the paper underneath the bread. She said that in the past they used to do that but now they dont anymore- she was just used to not putting the paper underneath and had forgotten. I told her that I bet she did that because she was trained that way. She told me she had 3 years of experience and was the owners daughter. I have never seen this happen in any other subway before. I had heard from a customer at another subway store a negative comment, that this Subway in Kaysville had done the same thing to them- that they did not use a paper sheet underneath the bread- just slided it the on the board; so this time, I decided to pay attention and see if they would do the same to me- and guess what?! This customer was right!! They did the same exact thing to me- they thru the bread on the cutting board where hundreds of other customers breads had passed over. I only went to this subway tonight because of the bad weather- the reason why is as follows: Long time ago, I had tried eating there; but their sandwiches, for some reason, taste different than all the other subways- I suspect they must cut corners somewhere; because their subways dont taste the same. I actually tried several times their subways, to make sure it wasnt just the first subway that tasted different. Each time, to my disappointment, their subways tasted bad- not like the other subways, which subs have a fresh and delicious subway taste. I prefer to drive farther away to other subways than eat at this subway- only in cases of emergency do go there.

Sandwich was fine, but I was attempting to use a SL Real Subway coupon. He was nice enough to inform me that his store did not accept those. The part that was embarrassing (for him) was that when I asked why not, in a very abrupt tone he states "Because we chose not too." His condensending manner made the whole experience unpleasant. In fact, I think the person making the sandwich was one of the owners! Stay away from the store and be sure to check your coupons with sandwich artist / owner BEFORE you buy! I did laugh though - he knew several of the ladies that came in behind me by name. I have a guy friend that goes there at least three times a week, and he says no one knows HIM by name (ha ha!) Maybe youll get better service, girls...

I do everything I can to avoid Kaysville, Utah subway. I eat at subway all the time, as I like the healthy ways I am able to eat while eating out. However I do whatever I can to avoid this subway. I was the second person in line when I walked in and I was there for over 20 minutes. They never have any of the items out front so the worker ALWAYS has to walk to the back. They are always out of something I want (spinach tonight). They had four kids working and you would think they could get people out of the store at a much quicker rate, but not so. There is a great subway on Gentile in the chevron where you dont spend all your time and they have all the items you need.

Manager has no clue as to how to treat his customers-- Very pushy and is very sarcastic as to what is put on your sandwich. Im disappointed that he even got any rating. I love subway and eat their all the time but I will definitely be taking my business else where. I never go out of my way to right a complaint but to how this manager acted was beyond what you could imagine. But then looking back I guess I would be a dick if I was 40+ having to work with high school kids.

I saw a mouse too! This place is gross my friends and i came here and my friend had some type of bug in her lettuce it was really gross! We told the manager who happen to be this old guy who was also the owner straight up grabbed the bug and threw it away, didnt apologize, didnt refund us, just acted like its happened before and it was no big deal! EW

This Subway is defiantly the best because of their great workers and great foods! they have a drive through that makes life a lot easier and they always do a really good job at keeping the store clean. these people who think that this restaurant is bad are wrong it is wonderful!

This Subway knows how to make a sandwich! They always spread everything evenly across the bread, so you get the all of your items in the same bite through the entire sandwich. Love this Subway and I go out of my way to go to this store.

Wouldve been really good but the people that work there are less than nice. He interrupted me when I was explaining what I wanted and when I asked for extra pickles he put a total of 3 more on. Disappointed.

Subway always has an odd aftertaste distinct to subway for some reason. For good sandwiches, go to Gandolfos NY Deli. for the BEST SANDWICHES EVER!!!
