OVERVIEW - 4.0 Simply put by my coworker Taylor: "Dilightfully Mediocre Food". Came here on another coworkers last day on our team. LOCATION - 5 Located on a very busy State Street, with easy access if you are going northbound. PRICE - 3 Honestly felt like the price of over-the-top simplicity was amazingly over-priced. PRODUCTS/SERVICES - 2 I ordered the #2 Bean Burrito Combo, and thats what I got, a bean burrito, small fries and a medium drink. The burrito was just refried bean, maybe some cheese, and a tortilla shell... Nothing more to it. I dont quite understand the logic of a small fry and a medium drink, shouldnt they be unified? Both small or both medium? A colleauge ordered the enchilada, and swore up and down it was speghettio sauce... I also couldnt quite understand as we stood in a long line why they hadnt used the second register, then after the line was about to the door they finally opened it up... It was surprisingly clean. I would most likely attribute it to a recent remodel that another review pointed out. POINTERS/PERKS - 5 Buy the ingrediants and make it yourself at home, maybe even buy a dollar store flower for ambiance... EMPLOYEES - 5 The employees were friendly and all. I noticed at least one that was near senior citizen if not already over that threshold. Always makes me sad thinking they have to work out of necessity...

me and my friend went to pleasant groves taco amigo tonight and we ordered a "soft corn taco" and 2 shakes with cheesecake, neither of us got what we wanted, not any cheese cake in our shakes.. her "taco" wasnt a taco it was so little with only so little meat and cheese. the fries were delicious. other than that they sound out chunks of cheesecake instead of nothing. hope they get better like the orem one!!!

Just ate here for the first time after moving to Utah from California. Service was good and food was fresh but just a bad version of Americanized Mexican food. Enchilda sauce was closer to ketchup, taco was on par with Del Taco type food. Refried beans were actually pretty good. I wont be back unless I feel like trying their bugers. But why would I do something like that when Chubbys is a couple blocks away?

Eres un gringo? ¿Te gusta Taco Bell? ¿Es usted un nativo de Utah que nunca ha salido del Condado de Utah? Si respondió afirmativamente a cualquiera de estas preguntas, le encantará Taco Amigo!

The food is priced more expensively than the other Ameri-Mex restaurants in the area and the food isnt much better. American food: if youre in the market for a burger, there are a dozen places you can get a better tasting meal. Mexican food: its okay, but nothing really special. Taco Amigo is good if youre hungry and about to pass by, but I wouldnt make any sort of special trip here.

I was disappointed. I only went here because everyone kept telling me how delicious and great it was. First off, for the price... No thanks! The food wasnt bad but nothing great as everyone had made it up to be. Also the shake thing I got was not good, it tasted weird/off and it was a flavor I usually get from lots of places that I usually love. I probably wont be back.

My wife would give this place a 5 star rating and we eat there every time we visit the area. I think it has great shakes and the food is good. The place is clean and employees nice. I seem to have to wait longer than most fast food places for my food though and it sometimes doesnt come out all at once but one thing at a time but over all a good place to eat.

I personally love the Bean Burritos and the old fashioned hamburgers. They have amazing Cherry Fresh Limes. You can also cool off with glaciers. Blue Coconut is my favorite. For fast food it is a little expensive and even with the newest expansion the store is still to small for demand. But food is delicious made fresh and good. :)

Their food gets four stars because it is pretty dang good. I want to give it four and a half stars though because their fresh peach and strawberry shakes deserve five. Those shakes are amazing. If I put some peach milkshake from taco amigo in my car gas tank, I bet I would never have to fill it again. Thats how good it is.

I used to sluff High School in American Fork in order to go get lunch at TA. I have a "usual" on the menu, which is the soft flour taco with pink sauce added inside. But that doesnt mean I dont venture outside of that and get a cheeseburger or nachos supreme every now & then, too! My kids love the root beer freeze. :)

I love Taco Amigo. This is the first place I discovered fry sauce when I moved to Utah. I love their burritos because they are made with real ingredients, just like you would make at home. The people here are always super nice. I would recommend it to anyone who likes simple American-Mexican restaurants.

Taco Amigo is the bomb! Ive been going there since high school and it is consistantly great! Everything is good there, I love the tostadas and bean burritos. Even the American food they have is yummy, the fries and cheeseburger are good, no better fry sauce anywhere. Go check it out if you havent been!

I love the bean burrito, its simple and delicious. The flour tortilla is soft and the beans have a perfect texture and the hot sauce adds a bite that just works. A large fry is great to share and dont miss the fresh strawberry shakes in June and the fresh peach shakes at the end of summer.

Lines may be long during lunch/ dinner hours, but its so worth the wait! The fries are excellent! Big Amigo burger is my favorite. Fresh peach and strawberry shakes (when in season) are to die for! I missed Taco Amigo the most when I served an LDS mission for two years.

Just had a Strawberry Cheesecake shake and it was to die for! The contents were well above the rim, LOADS of mix ins (strawberries & cheesecake bites), and thick n creamy ice cream! Will definitely go back, cause those Glaciers caught my eye! Will recommend to friends!

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Its amazing, I love it so much! A true Utah Valley staple. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, the food is always great and arrives in a timely manner. My girlfriend would eat here everyday if she could.

This place was really good! It was a bit too pricy to go all the time because I am cheap, but it was worth my money. The staff was pretty nice, and even though the menu looks sketchy, it was good. Make sure you get hot sauce because it is pretty good.

They need to wear hairnets or something. I have eaten here 4 times and 2 of the 4 times I have found dark hairs in my food. The food is ok. My wife likes their food but I dont because of my experience with hair in my food on two separate occasions.

Absolutely love their bean and cheese burrito and they have the best fries. Great peach shakes and icecream, plus they have pebble ice which is great too. Staff is quick and nice and the place is family friendly. One of my favorite places to go.
