We went in about 15 min to close I understood cleaning some of your stuff up before you close but when I walk in the door and your rude to the customers and have everything cleaned up before you close its unacceptable we got yelled at as we walked in the door that they were closed and what you see is what you get they were not cooking anything else!! You close at 8 stay after and clean your job is customer service! The girl was really short with us and after she rung us up and we were waiting for our friend and she snapped at us that they didnt have any food left! The way we were treated was unacceptable! I understand its Sunday you want to close but take care of the people that keep you open!!! 05/21/2017 at 7:45 one girl was doing all the work and the others were standing watching! I will not be back!

Ive been here a few times. The guy who helped me was awesome, but the second employee a female was horrible! I ordered a family meal and she huffed out like she was irritated. She told me my order would be ready in a little bit, and moved on to the customer behind me. No explanation on why, or about how long, or even a smile. I asked for 6 plates and forks. She handed the bags to me tied up. As I opened the bag to eat at a park, there were NO forks or napkins! I had to go buy them at a local dollar tree because I didnt specifically ask for napkins! Please train your employee on customer service and listening.

Girl tried shorting us on shrimp. Had to wait while more food was prepared. Food area was a mess and all containers empty. Even when food was finished cooking, I had to stand and watch while workers did other tasks (stocking/cleaning). They didnt finish dishing my order until I requested that it be done. I attempted to complain to management and member received any response. Ive had better service here previously but after this visit I wont be back. There are other panda express locations nearby Ill visit those in the future.

Great customer service. Ordered an entree that was low and needed to be cooked. Waited around 10 minutes before they came back and said that they were completely out. They then went above and beyond to make up for the wait by giving away a few other items. They were very friendly and made sure that I was a satisfied and happy customer. Would recommend this location to all.

We were told we had to wait for 7 minutes for the teriyaki chicken to come out, not a big deal. We waited 20 minutes, by that time the other items were cold. The noodles were rubbery, the chicken was greasy & they ran out of teriyaki sauce. We paid for a drink and they were out of most syrups. E WERE NOT OFFERED ANYTHING TO COMPENSATE. POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE.

I called this place asking for their recommendation and the lady was VERY rude. So I hung up. Then she called me back and told me they have caller ID and would report me. I didnt do anything wrong. I dont recommend this place to people who were raised right.

The worst food I have had at a panda they had no food ready we had to wait and no soysause. I will not be coming back and I will let all my friends and family know to stay away from this place and the food was not cook all the way. I give this place a-10

Ordered sesame chicken. They didnt know that they ran out of it so they added on a free drink and extra entree and a free app. Very kind and compassionate service! Thats how you treat a mix up! Would highly recommend this panda express!

The food is always great but the customer service could use an overhaul. The staff almost seemed to not care about the customers with their body language. An employee gave a lot of sass and was very rude to the customer ahead of me.

Seriously the slowest crew I have ever seen at a Panda Express. All 4 crew members were moving at a glacial pace. Next time Ill just drive the extra distance to the Riverdale store and still be home faster.

A traveler from Cincinnati, OH. Got my meal in less than 1 minute. Impressive. Workers here smiles at you at asked if you like any samples. Amazing. 11.40 dollars for a huge meal. Fantastic.

Any time I visit here the line is short and theyve got what I want already cooked up. I usually get my food within 5 minutes. Customer service is pretty good here too.
