I ordered food from them via GrubHub. It took ONE HOUR to arrive, and I was only 5 minutes away! I called and they said they never got my order and they didnt deliver through GrubHub, only did pickups. They are not professional and do not conduct business well at all. The cashier was very rude to me as well! The manager herself had to deliver it and when I questioned her what happened, she replied with "I dunno". Its like they are all on drugs or have no idea how to run a business! The food was atrocious. The "Big Arse" burger tasted just as it sounds! It seemed like they didnt cook it properly and it was all gooey and mushy. It was the WORST burger Ive ever had and I had to order from another restaurant just to makeup from the terrible experience I had. The salad I had with balsamic dressing has really chunky and smelled awful, like it was going bad. I was served "off" food! Fast Food burgers taste better!! Do not go here! Ive eaten many burgers all over the valley, but this one may be the worst food and service I have ever experienced!

Tucked away in the City Plaza Building, Rendevouz may be one of the hidden gems of Downtown Mesa. With daily sandwich specials that make your mouth water, they also have a surprisingly extensive breakfast & lunch menu. There is plenty to choose from, and everything is cooked to perfection. If you dont know what you want, just have Brittanee, the cook, tell you. Ive been here many times, and shes batting 1.000 when it comes to recommendations. Whether its something on the menu you didnt see, or something she just made up, she has an uncanny ability to know what you want, and "In the Cook I Trust." The food here just makes you feel good, and it really does have that "just like Mom used to make" quality that is often tough to find. This place clearly cares about their family business and their customers, and it comes through in the food.

I work in the same building as this café which makes it very convenient to eat here, but now that I know how yummy the food is and how friendly the staff is - I would go out of my way. They make an effort to remember you by name and make suggestions on food you might like. One of the staff even made me an ice pack when I mentioned a sore shoulder. I did not think places like that existed outside of the movies. So lucky to have this place within steps of my office!

I found this place while wandering downtown mesa, it is so warm and inviting, the food is amazing, and their pankcakes.... Oh gosh amazing!!!! I used to only get their breakfast burrito, then national pankcakes day came and they did a special, ive been hooked since! Jesus i pray you bless this place in your Holy name! Amen!

I always look forward to a chance to come to he rendezvous! I literally drive out of my way to come here because the food is so good!! In a city full of tons of chain restaurants, rendezvous stands out as a unique and outstanding family run restaurant. You can tell everything is made from scratch and its delicious!

I had never heard of this place and discovered it on a whim. I met a friend for lunch. We both had the Hashknife burger. It was FABULOUS!. I am a burger snob to the 10th power and they knocked it out of the park. Juicy, cooked perfectly to order and huge. I cant suggest this place highly enough.

Avocado grilled cheese was amazing with tons of avocado. Plenty of sides to choose from. Some of the best customer service Ive ever had. Servers were so friendly and willing to help they were practically running to get you anything you need and go way above and beyond.

Food was delicious. They were very gracious to substitute the potatoes and bread that come with for some sautéed mushrooms. Coffee was excellent. I went after the busy time and my friend and I were continuously treated to nothing but pleasantness.

We have them deliver food almost everyday they are opened since we dont leave for lunch, everything I have tried from there is great, I recommend the salads or burgers, the service is great and friendly.
