I received a coupon for a free 6" sub about a week prior to my birthday, and it stated that the coupon expired a week after my birthday. When I tried to use the coupon, I was told that it is only valid on my birthday. The manager confirmed that this is the stores policy. I have no issue with that being the policy, but I do have an issue with the fact that it contradicts the terms and conditions on the coupon itself. Reeks of bait and switch tactics, not to mention false advertising. 1/30/17 Update: The managers understanding of the policy was not correct. I was told that the manager had been made aware and to return and to use the coupon. When I returned, another employee once again told me that I had to use the coupon on my birthday. I explained what had transpired, and they allowed me to use the coupon. Seems as though store communication could be improved. The Pastrami Melt tasted good and fresh, but it was small and would not have been worth the price without the coupon.

I came in with my three yr old last week. Walked in the door door and my child said he felt sick. I didnt even get a chance to order yet. The front desk gentleman quickly got me napkins, paper bag, and water for him. I apologized and just as we were about to walk out the door my child puked in the bag. We went outside to sit on curb and the guy that worked there came out to take my order, brought more napkins/another bag/water. We waited outside for our food and the guy even gave us a discount for our troubles. Nicest guy ever. First time at this place. Great food. Will definitely go back again. Im still in shock at how great the customer service was.

Great sandwiches. One of the best things about my experience at Planet Sub is the way the sub is wrapped. Most sub places wrap the sandwich in reams of paper set at 45 degrees. So when you unwrap your lunch you have to negotiate a table-full of paper spread out all over the table. And it just becomes ridiculous if youre with other people and theyre fumbling around with their papers too. No such struggle at Planet Sub. They have the absolute best sandwich containment system. Small square of foil. Simple. Elegant. Effective.

Decided to try this place for dinner on Fathers day.. Remembered this place as the old Fat Burger. Tonite it was quiet at 6pm but the service, food and atmosphere was all excellent. Wife ordered Chicken Parmesan and was very happy with it. That itself ! Toddler had the Pizza Boat.. Normally semi-picky child loved it.. I, the Big Dipper special.. nom nom!.. Great way to end my day.. Keep it up folks!
