I dont get what all the great reviews are for. The food? I had a grilled chicken and cheese. It was slightly above average but not amazing by any means. There was a sign on a lunch box saying free cookies, no cookies. I went there at 8:30 on a Saturday night and the mens bathroom hadnt been cleaned since 1pm that day and there was no paper towels. I went in thinking it would be lots of pork to eat, hence the name. Kind of an odd name. And between the pictures of the Jazz, old black and white pictures, some more modern graphics, this place looks like it has an identity crisis. If Im in the area and other restaurants are busy, then I may visit this place again but I wont go out of my way to visit it.

This place was alright. I ordered a big Italian on their wheat with a pickle on the side, my wife ordered a skinny TKY on wheat with a side of loaded baked potato. To be honest, mine tasted like an Italian at Firehouse with less meat. My wife thought her sandwich was fine, nothing special, though she and my son devoured the soup; said it was excellent! We went for dinner, the place was empty. The nice employee who had helped us forgot to make my shake until I said something, turned out I was never charged for it anyway. The food honestly isnt bad nor great, but doesnt necessarily stand out from the competition. I see us coming back, but most likely only if somebody were with wants to try it.

I never review unless ive dined a few times. Its great. You could argue that its a little pricy when up against a chain like subway. But when comparing quality between the two the price is more than fair. The proportions are just right in my opinion. The wreck is awesome. I get it every time. Place is always clean. People are always nice. One of the better places to eat around thanksgiving point. Just take your lunch break a little late and avoid eating around there at 12:00 and 5:00. Its a nightmare.

The staff was quiet and a little confusing, it was our first time here and there was no direction. I even told the First Lady that I need help because I didnt understand. The store was clean, the food was okay. It felt like subway and firehouse subs had a baby. Wasnt anything to rave over. We probably wont be going again. But I appreciate the clean store. Thats why I gave a 4 star because the rest is all my own options on the food.

I wasnt exactly blown away by the sandwich, but if I expected to be blown away every time I went out to eat; Id be a disappointed hungry sap. However, a disappointed hungry sap I was not upon eating at Potbellys today. The friendly staff, one man band, and open atmosphere left a comfortable homey vibe. I will most certainly eat here again.

Ordered a large lunch for work. They had everything ready when I got there. Everything was correct, and neatly organized with everything I needed (napkins, straws, plasticware). They even helped me out to the car with the food. I was very impressed with their service, and Ill definitely be coming back.

Nothing unique, a little overpriced, service was nothing to brag about Overall the food was ok, but there was nothing unique about it. The bread was a little on the dry side. The menu/ordering process was all over the place and hard to follow. For the price, the portion sizes were on the small side.

Ive only tried it once and I was very satisfied with the sandwich. A little overpriced for the size of the sandwich in my opinion. More posh and trendy feeling than I enjoy, but thats more of a "Happy valley" thing. So being in that area, you shouldnt expect anything different.

Ive not had a bad meal here. Though sometimes the staff seems a little aloof. Then again, Im using the word aloof. I recommend the hot peppers on the sandwichs (they are hot). Stay away Friday night, parking is a hassle on the whole hill top at that time.

I love Potbelly and was really excited when they came to Utah. This is a great shop with awesome staff and plenty of room. Went on a Saturday night and there was live music around 7. If I had known, I wouldnt brought a couple dollars to tip the woman.

I have been here a few times, the sandwichs are great, they are always out of meat balls which is sad because thats my favorite sandwich, and last time i was there i bought a mountain dew that expired in 2015........ it was disgusting

These guys take great care of me. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They love making sure your sandwich is just right. I love Potbellys. If you like a little kick, get the spicy peppers. Youll love them on your sandwich.
