Great food. Lousy service. I leave for a year and come back and both times I had negative experience. First time ordered Greek salad, was given half a portion with many ingredients missing. Given $10 gift card. 2nd time when I went into store 1 staff was oblivious (maybe new) 2nd staff was downright rude, 3rd staff (manager?), was pleasant but uninterested in addressing my concerns and store was messy. Owner emailed me about first incident and seemed sympathetic, second incident she blew me off. I didnt want anymore compensation, I just wanted assurance that the employee would be spoken to about her behavior. Its a shame because the food is so good but service is poor. I know what this looks like, but Im really not that guy, I dont want free food. I just wish my complaint was taken seriously.

First off, I dont like sandwiches and as a general rule I dont eat them. Except for when I go to this place. Theyre awesome! They dont skimp on their meat and have tons of different sandwich options, including not just traditional ones, but also more specialty sandwiches with toppings I had never considered putting together but that make the sandwich delicious. Ive tried a different sandwich each time I go back and I cant decide which is my favorite...I like them all. We will definitely be back!

PS has been getting a lot of my lunchtime business lately. Usually go for the sub, but on a whim, decided to order a Chipotle chicken wrap. Why do they call it a wrap, because essentially, its a sandwich, in a burrito. Id much rather be eating a "Sanrito", which makes me think of Hello Kitty. Conversely, the "Burwich" makes me think of Burma, now called Myanmar, which makes me think of self-immolating monks... which brings me right back to the roasted chicken in this here wrap.

I was so excited to find a planet sub in town (I moved here from a different state). I love the subs, but I am SO disappointed in the service here. Starting with the phone call, the girl hung up on me and when she gave me my food to-go she forgot to give me my drink. The store was dirty. The floor rug was wrapped up and on an empty table... I wont be going to this location again. Super bummed.

Seriously my favorite sub in the valley. The bread is amazing and makes the sandwich. I strongly recommend trying a warm sub - my favorites are the Planet sub, the Creamy Club, and the Green Turkey. Id like to try more, but I always end up ordering one of these three. My buddies swear by their chicken as well. Get the large drink for the Planet Sub keeper cup.

Planet Sub is not pricey at all considering the food you get for the $$. Theres actually something inside these subs like meat and cheese. Go to S_way if you want a bread sub, but it you want the whole thing with flavor and real cheeses and quality meats, head to Planet Sub. My favorite, hands down!!

Good subs,the reciepe is good.The bread feels fresh and nice. guacamole topping is good.price is reasonable but not cheap.Friendly staff.good discounts on various days of the week and good reward system,its healthier option when compared to other junk food.foid is nice and warm/hot.

Not only are they they only sub shop that delivers to my address but there subs are so good! There bread is so amazing, I fou e this place by chance on grub hub and knowing the other sub places dont deliver to my address I decided to chance it. One of the best lunches Ive had!

Food here is always great. I try to visit everytime Im in the area. Sandwiches and filling and delicious. Quality of the food is what keeps bringing me back. I recommend this spot to anyone in the area.
