Phone to call in an order is totally static, you cant hear them and they cant hear you. They gave me the wrong order twice when I came here and over charged me on both times. And than they forget to give you the change when they say "theyll be right back" with the change... and on another note, my boyfriend and i bother found smal hairs at the bottom of our coney hotdog food trays. (It better be an eyelash hair) thats gross and means that they should wear hairnets! (Which none of the employees have on FYI) I am not pleased with this service at Sonic in Maricopa!

My experience was unfortunately due to lazy workers not wanting to make the food great. Driving to Maricopa is enough but stopping to get food after the drive is something that is well thoughtout due to not wanted to go back out unless needed. My entire order was not made fresh at all. The cheese sticks were not great and the popcorn chicken was less than desirable. My double cheese burger was the worst I have ever tasted from any fast good spot and that is saying alot. Tip for management: Make it right the first time and create a positive customer experience

Overpriced, slow slow slow service! I ordered 2 hotdogs (not New York Dogs or Coneys but hotdogs) and it took them 20 minutes to get there. I received a half-hearted "sorry for the wait" response from the waitress (who I think was maybe 16). Management needs to read these comments and realize that their poor service is hurting their bottom line. Now I just go to Circle K to get hotdogs and it takes me only 5 minutes and the attendants are much more caring.

The staff is really treated like crap by the managers. I know because I am a former crew member. I was fired for calling out one time, I was always early and never missed a day. The hours that were promised in the beginning were just one big lie. Big mistake, also the food is handled by people who do not wash their hands properly. Procedures are not followed, I was disgusted when I found out I was the only one with my food handlers card. HOW DIGUSTING!

This place is just sad. Ordered a Bacon Burger with no tomato. They brought out a mess of a burger with no Bacon. Yes no Bacon on a Bacon Burger. It also had tomato which was asked to be removed. When asking them to give a new sandwich they tried to bring us Bacon. When they did finally being the new sandwich it had Bacon but still had tomato. I can also hear them cussing in the kitchen and I am here with my 4 year old daughter.

Its not your typical drive in. There is one place to order just like Mcdonalds. Except at Mcdonalds they move the line along quickly. I sat there behind 1 customer for 10 minutes and just left. Not going back, my time has a value. If you want to go inside someone is there to write down your order on paper. It just seems like a really bad idea all in all. If you have tons of patience, this is the place for you.

Got a grilled cheese that was soft and tasted so gross, I couldnt even eat it all and Im not a picky eater. The chocolate shake was good. The French toast sticks were too hard and were deep fried and just tasted like each bite was covered in oil, they gave me one little box of syrup for 4 French toast sticks as well. I havent even at sonic sonics in awhile before now and I do t intend to ever come back.

For a while their order takers did not do a good job, so you didnt get what you ordered. Now that has changed and they do a fine job with orders. Food for a while was not good, not hot and flat. Recently though their food has bee hot, orders correct and service very good. I would recommend them to anyone. They have always taken our coupons and honor the senior discount of 10%!

Ok I want to say that Im a manager of a fast food place. I know its NOT HARD to run a drive thru and take orders. Im also a line cook does not take a lot to read the screen and make a burger correctly. Apparently very easy lettuce to them means extra rotten lettuce. Thank you Sonic for ruining my dinner Im pregnant and dont even want to eat anything now!!!! Douche nuggets!!!

I will never go back here after this last horrible experience. there has been many others. This time i actually had money stolen from me a dollar not really a big deal. Its the principal. I gave them 50.73 meal cost 10.73 i got 39.27 didnt check my change before leaving big mistake cause of course no recipt. Beware of Vanessa you will not get the correct change or recipt.

Wish I read the reviews first before eating here. After taking 10 minutes before they answered the ordering phone, and you can see them standing around. Food was not what I ordered and was cold. Tried to call them again and they just ignored the ordering phone. This place is gross and super dirty. Im thinking about reporting them to the health department.

Was super disappointed in the quality of the food my chicken sandwich tasted like it was cooked in old oil. My girlfriends hotdog also tasted quite bad (which idk how to mess up a hotdog but whatever) just overall very disappointed which is a shame because I really do like sonic. Feel like I just wasted my money on food that was supposed to be good.

I just had a custard. The size is ridiculously larger (large) compared to the culvers or Freddy custard. The taste was quite comparable and I would say an overall value of about the same. Four stars because it is a sonic, and in the past just not so good food. But I would always recommend sonic for any drinks.

I wish i could rate it better and the food is just fine, but this is the SLOWEST SONIC IN ARIZONA. hire more staff, improve your process, at this point Im sure just about anything would improve it. Seriously, Ive gotten food faster at a dine-in restaurant than Ive gotten through the drive through here.....

I just left and wont be back. They have the writers service I have ever encountered!! The place was dirty.. every single table and the staff are just standing around in the back chatting. I had to repeat my order 3 times and when I was asked to repeat it AGAIN I said no and left. I miss East coast Sonic!

Amazing customer service!! Our food initially came out wrong but was immediately corrected by the staff. Also, they apologized for the mistake gave our kids balloons. I would definitely return to this Sonic. The attitude of the employees working here made all the difference in our overall experience!

We waited in the drive through well over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The guy at the window even came outside to pick up a piece of trash and back into his booth. Completely ignoring the long line of vehicles. Needless to say we left empty handed.

Dont waste your time... they put the deaf dumb ones on the drive thru. Expect to spend 10 minutes repeating your order. Then just give up and go to freddys after the long pause when you say kids cherry slush. 3 times now this has happened. Never going again.
